This place is a real gem! My wife and I went there on a Thursday night and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The chef even came to the table a few times during the meal to make sure we were updated on the status of our meal. He even explained how he prepared one of our dishes. We will definitely return to this restaurant. The paella with squid ink, anchovies and chocolate tort were phenomenal!

They are very professionals, great customer service & they cook authentic Spanish food. Gambas al ajillo are outstanding & Cazuela Castellana is amazing The olives are out of this world Very good experience !!! I would recommend it 💯% with confidence that you will love it.

WHY has it taken us so long to return to Candela? Service is prompt and courteous, cheerful and informative. The sangria — we had both red and white — is fruity and tasty. And the tapas...OMG... we shared 5-6 between the four of us and couldn't decide which we liked best. We will be back SOON and we will actually try the paella, instead of just tapas. It looked and smelled delicious as it passed us on its way to another table.
