What The Phở offers a delightful Vietnamese dining experience. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, with roomy booths and attentive service. The menu features a variety of options, including the popular Fresh Rolls, Phở, and Crispy Bok choy, as well as amazing chicken pho, fried ice cream, and Thai empanadas. The Vietnamese crepe / banh xeo is legitimately the best in south Florida, and the pho broth is outstanding and packed with so many different cuts of meat. Vegetarian and vegan choices are also available. While the prices may be a bit higher than other Vietnamese restaurants, the quality of the food is exceptional.
