I went to this Dunkin-baskin Robbin’s for the new peppermint fudge cappy. I asked for the peppermint fudge cappy and was given something else. Not only was there a long wait for just one drink and no other customers inside or in line behind me , the drink I was given was not the one advertised. It was just peppermint that tasted like chemical with a hint of coffee no fudge or crushed candy cane. So disappointed, I really wanted to try the peppermint fudge cappy. I tried to fix it at home but didn’t work so it got dumped into trash. Store number was #362996, order number was 7578…7:34pm. I tried to do the survey off of receipt but it said survey code didn’t exist and neither did store number. December 29, 2025.
