I walked into this location today to put an order for some pizza. When I walked in, the guy behind the counter looked so pissed off. No greeting. No welcome to Domino’s. So I said, well I’ll go ahead and greet him. I said hello in a bright cheery voice, and the guy just looked at me pissed off and kept on making the pizza. So I turned around and said I’m a go and spend my money somewhere else. So I came to Hungary Howie‘s right across the street. And as I walked in nothing but an amazing warm hello. I definitely don’t mind spending my money here.

This is a dominos by my house, and this is my main domino's I go to. A couple weeks ago I ordered a buffalo pasta and they gave me 5 Mac and cheese. I had called and explained to the manager, and he said he would put it under my phone number to give me and honor me a free one next time I order. So I called and placed a pretty big order this past saturday. When I had called, I had spoke to a Jason, and he said that there was no notes under my phone number. I explained my situation and what had happened and he honored it, even though there was no notes under my phone number. That is customer service.You can't find that a lot, so thank you.Jason, for taking care of me on saturday.

I will no longer order food from dominos. Explain to me why my pizza arrived like this? Oh I know why…. because y’all’s delivery driver darted the pizza box lmao what a ray of sunshine 😍!!! If you don’t like your job….get another one it’s that simple!! I would usually throw a fit but I’m a better person and my peace is worth way more than $20 food. I appreciate you for sharing your frustration with my pizza …my pizza is now sad, thanks 😊.

Had a friend over who is loyal to Marcos... told them about how good Domino's has been... needless to say they will continue there loyalty elsewhere....

I was really exited to get the stuffed crust pizza. I tried it in Oregon State and I was looking forward to share the good experience I had in Portland with my family. I had my pizza delivered, unfortunately, the gentleman that assisted me over the phone, spoke unclear and had an extremely heavy accent, I needed to ask twice for what he meant to say, he was possibly new but didn’t have too much of a professional upbringing. The pizzas were great, as expected, they were fresh and warm, there’s a definite 5 stars in this part, the delivery time was super on time, another 5 stars there. When we finished eating our pizzas, I got the empty boxes, shook them to place the in the recycling bin and what it came of of them was HORRENDOUS! SEVERAL SILVERFISH BUGS came out of the three boxes! It’s a shame that this place can’t maintain the most important part of a restaurant under compliance, and the worse, who do their inspections? And how do they clean???? For that reason, I take away all the stars I could’ve given and set them to 1 star. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL ORDER FROM THEM.

Couple weeks ago they gave me the wrong pizzas. I filled out the online complaint and the store called me the next day and gave me a coupon for a free pizza. Only catch, you can’t use it with the app. I find that odd since I placed the order on the app originally. But we all know that they are banking on you not calling in to redeem the coupon vs using the app that they’ve trained us all to use.
I called tonight to redeem my coupon and some sleepy kid answered and just said “heellloo?” Am I calling a Dominos store right now or my friend and his kid is answering the phone? I’m not even asking for the manager at that point.
Hungry Howies is on the same block. Go there instead.
I absolutely LOVE this Domino’s they’re always friendly, professional, and efficient! Deliveries are always hot and delicious! They never disappoint! — and the coupons help you save money too! Definitely recommend!
