The Customer Service here is the worst. They have no personality. They don’t say hello when you walk in or have a nice day when you leave. We ordered a pizza and it clearly had no onions on my order. It was covered in onions. My husband can’t eat onions. No big deal. I asked them to remake it.
They never apologized for it being wrong. They took my old pizza back and placed it back on the shelf. Probably for themselves. Usually they let you keep the pizza since they can’t sell it. Still no big deal, but they never offered any compensation, coupon, or even just an apology.
The pizza that they remade was horrible and they didn’t give me any dipping sauce for my Parmesan bites, and this isn’t the first time. The guy who makes the pizza who I think is the manager clearly doesnt care about his Customers. Zero personality or compassion and doesn’t even speak to his customers unless you speak first.
I try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt and think maybe they were just really busy and overwhelmed, but this is every time I come here.

This store really cares about their customers. My son and I suffer from Crohn's disease. He orders his pizza without cheese and I order mines with the most minimal amount of red sauce that could possibly be put on it. When we first started ordering our food like this they would call just to confirm that the order was correct, which I really appreciate because to me it showed me that they cared about what they were doing. Ñow that they are used to our wacky orders, they do a great job in making sure the food is as delicious as possible. You guys rock. Thank you for always looking out for us♥️

This dominoe store is the greatest! Everytime I visit the store I am greeted with enthusiasm, and Kris is always so helpful and ready to make things right. I had an issue with my order that was a miscommunication problem I had with my online order, and he was quick to make things right. And the other associates that work there are just as awesome! It is a great experience everytime I visit this store. 10 stars!

HORRIBLE customer service and service altogether . I placed a delivery order, waited for over an hour before I decided to check the status of the order and it says order completed. I call the store to let them know I never received my order and nobody had stole it because it would’ve shown up on cameras. The first guy I spoke too, Travis, told me that he sees my order and that it’s close by and to give it another 20 minutes that if it’s not there then to call back. .20 minutes go by and I call again but this time I get Chris on the phone who is VERY nasty and unhelpful, which I found out is the manager, I tell him what happened and he’s pretty much dismissing me saying well my delivery driver says she dropped it off. I tell him MULTIPLE times I have a ring alarm/cameras which shows nobody has been here to bring order . He proceeds to keep arguing with me about where I told them to place the order (table by the door) which again, my ring camera shows nobody ever came. It’s clear that Jazz, my delivery driver, dropped it off at the wrong house but Chris the manager is still arguing and just could care less. Fed up , as it’s been almost two hours waiting for my food, I ask for a refund which he tells me “No, he can’t do that” VERY nastily and sarcastically says that he can have someone remake and send it back out and make sure they don’t leave until they hand it to me this time, I’m hungry so of course I said okay and thank you and before I hang up he says mhm your welcome in a VERY nasty way so I called right back wanting a refund and this time I get someone else on the phone who gives the refund that I supposedly “Couldn’t get” to me with no problem. Usually they do okay but this time they took my $66 + tip dollar order to a different address so someone got free pizza. I told them since it is so late I didn’t want it and wanted a refund. I was told the only thing they could do is resubmit the order and deliver it. Hope they bring it to the correct address.

Spoke to Travis at 1130 and I told him my Daughter was on her way u know he lock her out will never buy from this location again.....
I order every Monday. The last 2 weeks we didn't receive icing with our cinnamon sticks. Yes, I ordered them. This last Monday the delivery person dropped it and walk back inside. I circled the store lot and pulled up and saw my icing. I hope this helps you retrain your workers. Perhaps put it in a bag.

We received pizza via delivery (the store is less than a mile from our home) that was dry, cold, and very over cooked. Didn’t receive any of the dipping sauces that I ordered. Chicken bites were hard and burned, cheese on top of them was very over-melted and burned. Would not recommend
