I’m really disappointed. I finally stoped in at this location. We were so excited to have a coffeehouse of sorts close to us. I don’t get coffee out often. It’s a rare treat. I won’t be returning to this location. The girl taking orders at the drive through was short and curt when asked basic questions, like when I asked “can you put simple syrup in my iced coffee?). I was met with “I don’t know what that is and we don’t have it.”. When I said “it’s hot water and sugar cooled.”, her response, so you want clear. Then I asked if they had soy or almond milk. She snapped, no. I asked for half and half and was told “you can have 1% or whole milk.”. Fine, sucks but they have what they have right?… Upon getting to the window I watched her put half & half in someone else’s hot coffee. The window was cracked open and they were complaining about me loud enough for me to hear. I was sleepy for sure but not rude at all. Even after all that I was smiling and wished her a great day. She rolled her eyes and shut the window. To add insult to injury, my coffee tastes burnt and old. My son’s hash browns are so burnt and rock hard. He can’t eat them. As someone who worked in coffeehouses for many years, it’s not rocket science to not burn the coffee, and If you do, toss it and make fresh. It’s not that hard to be polite when people ask questions. At minimum don’t take out your bad mood on other people. I have never been a frequent visitor to dunkin. I get doughnuts from them occasionally. Not anymore. At least not at this location. 301 & Big Bend might always be busy and mess up my order sometimes, but they are always polite and try to make it right.

We were so happy when they opened this store in our neighborhood, but, unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. The manager and staff do not seem to take any pride or ownership in the store. They are highly offended when you ask them to please stop putting the donuts upside down in the bag. The donuts are dry, from being refrigerated, and then the frosting melts off of them when taken out of the refrigerator. The manager claims this is how corporate trains them.

I decided to try a new drink, worker said my drink was trash and laughed it off as a joke. I laughed to be polite, but it was just really rude. If you can find another spot to go to for your morning run, I'd advise it.

I come about 2 times a week and every time has been wonderful. The employee are always so nice and helpful. One time they even went above and beyond for my daughter. She is 4 and had some sad news that day. She wanted chocolate milk but unfortunately they were out. One of the lovely employees had made her chocolate milk and it was such a small juster , but it meant so much to us. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness!
