“I am extremely frustrated with the Dunkin in Wimauma (33598). The morning employee with pink hair had a very rude attitude and her facial expression was disrespectful and unwelcoming, On top of that, I was given a burnt everything bagel AGAIN. This is not the first time — it keeps happening. I am tired of the poor customer service and careless food quality. Management seriously needs to address this.”

ANITA is a HORRIBLE manager and tried to argue with a customer over an order SHE GOT WRONG. Disgusting place and workers. She not only was RUDE AS HELL, she ALLOWED her workers to try to argue and physically fight said customer.

I went in today to use my promo for my free coffee it clearly says on the Dunkin app that it’s for all coffees whenever hot or cold well I go the lady Jessica tells me it doesn’t include iced clearly says this

To be exact so she makes me buy the ice coffee and gives me the hot coffee on promo when i didn’t Need the large coffee in the first place. unacceptable then I call only for the man to tell me they don’t cover espresso do they not know what the promo says I will never go there again and Dunkin’ Donuts just know I will be reaching out to corporate this is not cool.

The skinny manager is very rude and nasty. Also doesn't know how to lock the door and turn off open sign. Then gets upset and rude when you walk in with your daughter. Its not like we knew you were closing. Merry Christmas grump.

I’m usually someone who leaves positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience at this Dunkin’ was very disappointing. When I walked in, no one was at the counter — there were four people working the drive-thru, and I politely asked if someone could take my order since I didn’t want to use the kiosk. The manager (I believe) said she’d be there in a moment, but her tone made it clear she was irritated.

When she took my order, I tried to be friendly, hoping to lighten the mood. She handed me a donut and said the rest of my order would be a few minutes. I looked down and saw she had given me an apple fritter instead of the apple spice I ordered. I quietly asked another staff member if I could get the correct donut, and when the manager noticed, she very abruptly said, “What’s wrong?” in a rude tone. When I explained, she snapped, “No, you said apple fritter.”

I was so taken aback by her attitude that I left without even taking my bagel. It was a really unpleasant experience and not how anyone wants to start their day. I won’t be returning to this location.

This is the worst service Dunkin donuts I been to. I understand that you can order from the kiosk, however the person behind the counter did not care. You ask him a question he just stare at you. What a way to alienate a returning customer.

The staff here is incredibly rude and unhelpful. My order was incorrect and when attempting to correct my order, I was blamed and no one apologized or cared. I had called to speak to the manager but I never spoke with her, however, the employees that I did speak with treated me the same. Clearly, they need to be better trained on customer service to ensure they are following Dunkin’s brand standards.

I placed an online order and they did not have what I ordered.. I did not know naturally until I pulled into the drive-thru.. When they told me that they did not have what I wanted I told them to just cancel the whole order they told me they do not do that!! They really push for me to get something else I didn't want anything else.. I told him all I wanted my money back they told me I had to go online and figure out how to get it back.. They do not know how to get my money back online.. I told him I ordered online and the money was taken out immediately.. Just give me my money back.. They refuse to do it..
When I look online there was nowhere I can put in for a refund.. I had to call it 800 number and wait over 20 minutes for somebody to answer.. When they finally answered they told me it would take up to 14 days to get the money they took out of my account immediately back.. I don't see me ordering online much more..👎🏻

Great service, but no answer for phone call. I paid for 6 doughnuts with my order and left before it was ready accidentally. Can I come get them later today I have the receipt
