I stop by with my family for ice cream cone, the young man behind the counter was so rude. First he placed the cones on top of the counter before he scoped the ice-cream When I told him that we didn't want those cones,he held my wife cone and refuse to handed to us until I pay for. The funny part was that the lady behind the counter was helping my kids and never ask for us to paid first. When I ask the young man why he was doing that he just walked away to the back of the store. I ask for his name or a manager but I didn't get an answer.

This place is absolutely disgusting!! I ordered a sandwich at 12:30pm. I drive all the home only to notice the sandwich is ice cold. I look at the bag and they gave a leftover sandwich from 11:06am!! This place should be ashamed of themselves and shut down for serving old food!!! Will be reporting to Dunkin Donuts cooperation.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have a full drive through and empty lobby but I've been standing here waiting for 15 minutes to pick up an Uber order which is making me lose money because they can't handle juggling a lobby and a drive through. Train your employees better. Like I didn't even get acknowledged or told be with you in one second

Come on guys. Were you even trying? Two bagels tasted old and stale at 7am in the morning and the smallest amount of cream cheese on them (see pic). I was going out of my way to go to this location but yall are starting to give the same product and service as the one on big bend and 301. Disappointed 😔
