I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza, but they got it wrong and gave me a cheese pizza instead. When I called to complain, they asked me to drive all the way back and wait for the correct pizza. To make matters worse, the supervisor refused to offer me credit for my next purchase. I'm shocked by the lack of customer care!

This Wimauma location helped a girl out tonight 🙌🏻 I ordered in the app to this location or so I thought but when I went to pick up my order it was at a different location that I never order at. I ordered the 2 lg pizza with cheesy bread and soda deal. The driver forgot my soda. I called up there and was told by a gentleman that I can come get it or have it delivered to me. I asked for it to be delivered. He put me on hold and then a lady came on the phone. She said I could get a refund or come pick it up?????? Why when the driver didn’t bring it. How inconvenient. I just hung up. I will not order from here again. Yep, definitely pissed about my soda

Today’s delivery was left at our front door, and we didn’t see it for 40 minutes—no doorbell, no knock, no notification of any kind.
When I called the store, the team lead, instead of saying “Sorry to hear, I’ll look into this,” decided to mansplain how notifications work. I had to ask, “If I got a notification, do you think I’d leave our food outside for 40 minutes?” Most idiotic conversation.
I asked for a refund of our tip—he said “no.” I asked for his name—he said, “no.” He finally said “Abe.”
Abe, this could’ve been a 30-second conversation: “Sorry that happened, we really appreciate you being a reward customer. I’m unable to refund your tip, but would you like a coupon for the trouble?”
But instead, you lost a regular customer and made me question who put you in charge. Fortunately, the other Hungry Howie’s is just as close.

My first time trying this establishment, and man what a terrible experience. Went in at 3:30 in the afternoon to order one pizza. Stood at the counter with no greeting for 10 minutes all while the guy was directly behind the counter. Then finally came to take my order ride the whole time and terrible attitude. Needless to say I will not be back! Some employees just aren’t worth keeping around. White male, beard, and no name tag wearing a hoodie.
Your employee named Hunter at this store 3084 is awesome, he has excellent customer service, and a great personality. He helped me with an order that I had an issue with from another store with no problem. Satisfied customer here, 10 out 10 recommended!

The sign showed opened and we pulled up roughly about 9:45- 9:50 pm and the male at the window denied to take our order bc they were closed and he denied to take our order for one pizza.
