Never in my 30 years have I had such a bad experience with the same place over and over, yet I still keep trying them out, but not anymore! I have never been so where with this much lack of common sense or experience in a work place. You would think that management would be better and on top of this but I truly believe it just gets worse and worse. I’m n multiple occasions my simple orders are incorrect, this location is always out of something, but they do not cal you to explain that to you, or make you aware before hand they just wait until you Drive to pick your order up 15 mins away to tell you sorry we don’t have this or that, anytime I call or order on line it doesn’t matter, they still manage to not follow the simple directions on my order. One day I argued with a employee on what comes on the picks I ordered as if I don’t order the same pizza every time and the website shows exactly what comes on the pizzas, the people working the window for pickup are clueless on what’s going on in that store l! Seems more like a hangout and not an establishment where they serve food. Also, the solution to bad customer service and sending the wrong order to me isn’t asking me if I wanna drive back up 15 mins to pick up a order they fixed that I had to explain to them how to fix

We order here at this location quite often. My family enjoyed the hot honey pizza. This time I paid an additional $2.69 just for hot honey drizzle. Not even for extra pepperoni or any other topping, just hot honey drizzle. Either pizza's didn't have any hot honey drizzle. I called just now and their excuse is "oh we must have not put enough". The point of hot honey drizzle is to have a spicy sweeter taste on the pizza. We don't pay extra to HOPEFULLY get some drizzle. They kept just putting me on hold and I can tell they're just waiting for me to go away and hang up. Do better! It's not about the $2.69. I've ordered enough pizza's there to not care about $2.69! Don't tell me "oh we might not have put enough" and just sit there and wait for me to hang up. Improve your customer service and response.
I dipped my finger on all the areas that's wet to see if it's honey. NO it's just pizza grease. Not even a tiny drizzle of hot honey. Would've been nice to have 1 slice of drizzle i paid for.
I got a notification that the order was ready. My son got there and they made him park and wait for a while. DON'T GIVE A NOTIFICATION IT'S READY WHEN IT'S NOT. All that waiting, you'd think you'd drizzle some HOT HONEY?!

This location is absolutely ridiculous. They contract through DoorDash and each time we order for delivery, the food is sent to a wrong location (we literally live 0.2 miles away) Tonight the same occurred so we called, had them remake our pizza and drove to the location to pick up. When we asked for the delivery fee and tip ($10) to be refunded, they refused. Do better Hungry Howies! Your service is losing you customers!

We just moved in to the neighborhood and we were in urge for some pizza later night I search in Google for pizzeria and hungry howie’s look tasty beside the reviews, but we still decided to buy some pizza for the experience to be honest. This has been one of the best pizza we have ever had and the delivery was very quick very fast. They said 45 minutes and it was at my doorstep within 25. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

If I could put zero stars I definitely would a young boy took my order and he told me total when I arrived after he said 15 mins he canceled the order lied said he tried to call and they were closing and that was why he canceled my family order and then told us to go to the order location down the road didn't say where just pointed very rude. So poor poor poor customer service and we wasted time and gas. Never will I used them again.

We placed an order for delivery, and upon arrival, the pizza was not as ordered. The receipt was correct, but the pizza was not. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal; we're all human, and mistakes happen. When I called, I expected they would offer to have me return this one and pick up another—I didn't even expect them to deliver a replacement. However, after speaking with the manager, who seemed bothered by my call, he simply said, "Okay, we'll make it right next time." Period…that’s it, no “we’re sorry about that” No- “would you like to pick up another”. After hanging up, I thought about the food we had already paid for. There won't be a next time due to very poor management. Again, this wasn’t about the little mistake, it was not the end of the world. It’s about the managers lack of care.

I have been giving Howie’s my business since I was 9 years old. They used to sell Pizza at my school Livingstone Academy here I am now successful as now as adult graduated from school still giving them business. They have been serving my community for years this is the 4th Howie’s in a row. Kaz, Abe, Ali, and their family have always been professional business owners and have touched so many people in FL. I strongly recommend any Hungry Howies establishment to anyone especially Ali’s in Plant City. Thanks for all that you do!
