Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The Cherry Ice is excellent! and Mixed with their Vanilla Custard is the best, great location and very fast service.

Every time I walk in, I get really happy when I see it’s Malaya serving me. She always has the biggest smile and the best attitude, no matter how busy it is. Her energy really makes the whole place feel welcoming!!!She’s so friendly and always takes her time with customers, never rushing anyone and always making sure you leave with exactly what you want.
She also gives the best recommendations. She put me onto the Black Cherry Gelato drink like a month ago , and I wanted to try something new since I always get the same thing. I’m so glad I listened because this drink is honestly amazing. You can tell she knows the menu and actually cares about helping people find something they’ll enjoy.

I always leave in a better mood after talking to her. She deserves all the recognition, just wish I had more money to tip her better because she really goes above and beyond every single time. Thank you Malaya!!!!!! (sorry if I’ve spelled it incorrectly)

I had to write a review because I absolutely love the ice cream and Italian ice here. I believe the portions are truly very generous and overall a great atmosphere and delicious custards!

I come here at least 1x a week. I was upset today as this is not a 5 layer gelati...$9 later and I'm upset.. lol they're is no layers and no ice cream

This place always advertising certain flavors but every time I go there to get it even though the poster still on the window they never have none of those flavors. The website is the dumbest website to operate and you can't even order online. Quit advertising things that you don't have. And clearly neither the owner or management cares cuz they don't respond to any of these negative reviews. Imagine what else there neglecting inside that place.

Ritas is delicious I was taking my children on Friday's but we stopped because there is alot of young people who lack customer service skills. They were mostly on their phones and talking and hanging with co-workers infront of customers. There were no smiles nothing they didn't make our visit enjoyable. So we will not be back.

Went there to pickup some milk next doors at publix. Had to stop and get my favorite cherry ice vanilla Gelato. Surprised ? at new prices. It's been a while since I had visited. Worth every penny. Coming back with my granddaughter.

I go to Ritas about 2-3 times a week and I always have an amazing experience thanks to a worker by the name of Izzy. She’s so respectful & always greets me when I walk in. Whenever I don’t know what I want, she always gives the best suggestions and is very patient even when i’m still unsure. I would highly recommend going to this Rita’s location solely because of the atmosphere izzy brings to this place, when she works everything is always so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Izzy’s a real one :)!!!
