Great ice cream and staff, especially an employee named DeShawn. Very great young man, excellent store and workers, 5 stars.

Ritas is delicious I was taking my children on Friday's but we stopped because there is alot of young people who lack customer service skills. They were mostly on their phones and talking and hanging with co-workers infront of customers. There were no smiles nothing they didn't make our visit enjoyable. So we will not be back.

The worst Ice cream I have ever had no taste at all

Went there to pickup some milk next doors at publix. Had to stop and get my favorite cherry ice vanilla Gelato. Surprised ? at new prices. It's been a while since I had visited. Worth every penny. Coming back with my granddaughter.

I go to Ritas about 2-3 times a week and I always have an amazing experience thanks to a worker by the name of Izzy. She’s so respectful & always greets me when I walk in. Whenever I don’t know what I want, she always gives the best suggestions and is very patient even when i’m still unsure. I would highly recommend going to this Rita’s location solely because of the atmosphere izzy brings to this place, when she works everything is always so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Izzy’s a real one :)!!!

Came in this morning for a gift card and some treats and the young man with the black curly hair was extremely nice and provided great service and completed our strange treat requests the best he could, while also cracking some jokes. Swift but completed with quality, keep it up!

Every time I go in, there are gnats/fruit flies and it smells like a sewer. I know it’s not a specific person but what ever it is it stinks. Service is nice and treats are good but I can’t stand the gnats and the smell.

I visited the shop yesterday and was greeted by a very nice but very sick employee. He gave me outstanding service even though it was apparent he was not well at all. The ice cream was delicious, but I do hope your company allow its sick employees the option and support to stay at home. This will keep your other employees and customers safe.

Always a treat, Brandon has great employees who serve you quick and provide good service. Awesome flavors and custard is phenomenal.

The Peanut Butter Mudslide Concrete was 100% worth it.
