Submitted online order in their app. We live about 10 minutes away. Banana split was 100% soupy without the custom toppings as ordered. Ice cream waffle bowls weren’t given, ice cream cups were spoon sized scoops (considerably smaller than when you order at store), missing an individual’s order. Online app doesn’t even give you an honest receipt with order details. So we were ripped off of $50 for 5 servings of desserts, and I watched as their employee dished raw food...read full review
Love the ice cream from brusters my only complaint is the fact when you order a pup cup they give you like a very mini drop of vanilla ice cream expect to give it to my dog I was like really that’s what you’re giving me … No I’ll pay you for a cup of ice cream then was told we don’t have whip cream seriously why would I give my dog whip cream over real ice cream so either fix this or I’ll take my business somewhere else plus my blast I got tonite wasn’t all that...read full review
