Love Foxtail, but just witnessed the employee come back in from the dumpster (leaving the store unattended for 5+ min) and then make our drinks without washing their hands. Yes… the hands went in to the ice chest that was left open too. Great training opportunity… 🤢

I never do this but need to say this as it’s still bothering me hours later. I came in excited to have some coffee after a long day. I don’t have it often but felt like i needed it today. I walked in with my kids and was never greeted. Employee came out on her phone and just looked at me. I asked her “what coffee do you guys have that would be sweet?” - i get looked at with annoyance and she replied and said “they’re all sweet”. In a moment where a suggestion or guidance could’ve been, i was told to basically just figure it out. So I didn’t buy anything. I walked out with my kids and went to get ice cream next door instead. Just really disappointing. Customer service truly doesn’t take much effort..

Terrible employee! I came to this location at 1:40pm today(8/28/25), ordered two hot cappuccino’s that was horribly made. The server/barista was on a phone call the whole time! I asked to use the restroom (they keep it locked), she rolled her eyes to give me the keys.
Zero star all the way!!! RUDE STAFF!

The atmosphere is nice but an employee literally spat in my drink, he thought i wouldnt notice and handed me the drink and when i called him out he threw it at me.

I like Foxtail and their seasonal beverages. This store always runs out of ingredients to make their most promoted beverage everytime! It is not just one or two times. It happens EVERY time like clockwork. I go there just to hear the barista saying they do not have the syrup to make the signature drink for the season.

Their bathroom is another drama. Sometimes it is broken. Now it has a 'flimsy' lock that they had to put a sign on the door saying 'Knock before entering'. How much does a good lock cost? Just a few bucks. Not sure why they are neglecting this store in all areas compared to other locations.

May be people need to educate them by their wallet by not going there so that they can show some love for this location.

I work at one of the theme parks and once I discovered this Foxtail location was close to my work, I would often leave my house over an hour early just to get a coffee or matcha. I live closer to Lakeland so my commute can be a doozy sometimes. The last few times I’ve gone have been when an employee by the name of Danielle was working. I’m not sure if she is the manager or what, but my goodness me… give her a promotion! So incredibly kind! I always hope to see her there when I come in because her smile and joy is infectious to those who come in. Thank you for hiring a great employee! She is so personal and fun to engage in conversations with.

Great Local Coffe Shop

They have (2) bathrooms and BOTH have out of order signs on them. Unacceptable. Will not return.
