Definitely was bothering the person who took my order. She did not offer any sweetener or even the new drinks. There is so much stuff on the counter you cannot tell what is new or special. I would have ordered a higher priced specialty drink if the person taking my order wasn't staring at me like I was an annoyance. Very disappointed but glad to save some money by not ever coming back here. The ambiance is very clean and nice though so it's a disappointment.

I am very disappointed as I am usually a fan of foxtail coffee. Kayla, who was taking my order, completely ignored me on multiple occasions and had scoffed everytime I attempted to make small talk. I was at the register with her for almost 7 minutes for my order of 2 drinks. I understand we all have bad days, but in a work environment where all I said was “Good morning, how was your day?” Makes me feel unwelcome and out of place. I usually sit down and study at the Foxtail closest to me, but due to my experience I felt too awkward to even stick around at this one.

The services were the best I recommend coming here every day. If you think you have tried coffee you are wrong if you have not been here. The workers are so patient, polite and kind. The atmosphere is very calm and you can stay here for hours doing homework,work and etc. If there was and option to add more stars I would defiantly do so.

While other coffee shops seem to be limiting their specialty sugary delicious drinks, Foxtel coffee isn't. You can still get a good cup of coffee for those that like it without any cream or sugar but then they have a ton of specialty drinks that are super yummy.

I had to come back to get another dirty chai latte. I drink only black coffee and this was my first try at a chai drink. This is one of the best drinks I’ve had. It’s the right balance of sweetness and tastes delicious. I have recommended this to anyone who will listen. The location and atmosphere is great. The staff are always welcoming. It’s a great place to eat, drink, and relax.
