Marco's Pizza

Pretty disappointing experience. We walked in and it smelled great. As soon as we started ordering things began going down hill. The cashier literally didn’t speak to us. I believe she was being trained but it was a very uncomfortable experience. We got pizza and wings. The pizza was marginal at best - - the bacon tasted borderline rancid. The wings were nearly inedible. I’m not quite sure what was wrong with them but they were slimy. The strange interactions with the cashier continued. We dined in and were provided with no utensils, plates, or napkins. The staff seemed baffled by this request and just gave us a blank stare. The kitchen staff seemed friendly and smiled at us through the glass. One of the kids making the wings did brush off his hands over our wings - - hand particles aren’t my favorite seasoning. Probably won’t go back.

Trey was super friendly, attentive and quick. There was a mixup (my fault) with the order, but he worked quickly to resolve the issue.

The manager on duty (bald guy) gave him a hard time about mistakes but was an honest mistake that was partly my fault.

If anything, the order management from the manager on duty wasn't where it should've been as the order estimate was 5:30 and wasn't ready until 5:50.

To the manager, take a second to understand (or even ask) what happened before putting blame on a friendly and helpful employee.

It's really great pizza! It's a little pricey, so I suggest getting it on sale because it's average pizza if you pay regular price 😉

Our family has ordered Marco’s on many occasions. They are our go to pizza place since moving to FL. I crave the Philly steak pizza and devour a small size by myself, it’s so good! Tonight, our driver forgot a piece of our order (it happens!) and the store quickly made it right. They really are fantastic!

She is very clear on communication, and a strong sense of efficiency, it makes my day to see an hardworking girl like her. Tried a pepperoni with Roma tomato and banana peppers traditional hand tossed crust this past weekend and it was wonderful.

Since moving to Florida from NY I have missed good pizza and this spot always does a great job with each order! I love that each pizza you order also comes up with a sauce cup of your choice, and can add a crust topping as well. The prices are very reasonable and the pizza is always delicious! A great location in the Summerport neighborhood. Will definitely be back to try some new items as well!

There was this really handsome young man working there, our pizza there is always rlly good well done Marcos!!!

Just ordered a pizza to be delivered and it’s red sauce instead of white and the manager refused to have another pizza delivered to me. I will never order at this establishment again.
