What a disappointment. We have never had such a horrible experience at a Marco's Pizza anywhere - and we've been ordering from Marco's in 3 different states for years! I placed an online order for delivery with the expected delivery time of 7:03 PM. By 6:39 PM I received an email saying our pizza was in the oven. 7:00 PM rolls around and I had not received any other updates. 7:10 PM comes and my husband makes a call to the store just to get an update and offer to come pick it up if it was still there, but the person who answered the phone said "We're no longer taking orders over the phone" and immediately hung up.My husband attempted to call back 2 more times but the phone just rang and nobody picked up. He left to go to the store and when he got there, there were several people waiting inside and one employee behind the counter folding pizza boxes. He was not acknowledged by this employee. A few minutes later, another employee (female) walks in and starts addressing the customers waiting. My husband gets to the front and explained everything that happened. She handed him our order, plus an additional pizza (he did not realize at the time we didn't order this) and she took the receipt from the pizza box and said "I will take care of this for you."He got home and the pizza was slightly warm, but it had definitely been sitting there for a while. The additional pizza we were given was missing 2 slices from it! We received all of the items in our order and they were correct, but this experience has left me weary of ever ordering from Marco's again. We received a phone call about an hour after my husband got home from this store and were told that our "account would be credited"... But we are not seeing any credits anywhere. Additionally... That means nothing to us as we are very likely not going to be ordering from Marco's again.Needless to say, after reading some of the other recent reviews, if you're going to get Marco's pizza - go to another location. We will not be back.

The only good thing is it’s close to the Summer Port park making it easy to get hot food quick and within walking distance.Food took as expected time wise. Pizzas, cheese bread and salad all felt premade and not very fresh. Total cost $32.I’d probably pass on this one and try the one next door like Stromboli or Josie’s instead, which are 5 minutes down the street near Publix.Pictures added to this review below.

I had some issues with them. Firstly, one time the pizza arrived with very little cheese. Secondly, It took almost an hour and a half to be delivered (around 3 times the same problem). If they are busy, they should pause online orders. Lastly, the app is awful, never saved your payment method as before.To conclude, they lost a client. I decided not to buy there any more.

We picked up dinner from our favorite Marco’s tonight. The staff is fantastic! The kitchen employees were working hard and smiling. Rhonda greeted us and she was amazing as usual. We appreciate all they do for our elementary school as well. We are so lucky to have Marco’s in our neighborhood.

The blonde haired, middle-aged woman who is working at the Counter. Tonight was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. She should be fired, and if she’s the owner, she should be embarrassed. Regardless of whether or not a person enters into a space with a dog does not mean that, therefore, you should be treated badly. We were happy to take the dog and leave the room, but you had never given an opportunity to handle the situation politely or courteously. You suck!

Tried to place an order online after trying to confirm it said they were closed at 430pm on a Tuesday. But the website went ahead and charged me anyways. When I called marcos I was informed that they didn't have any order or my food and refused to help me. So be careful when ordering anything from them online they will steal you money and you'll have to contest it with your bank

I’d like to say that all the 5 stars from my review are for CHASE (sorry if I misspelled your name) who baked our pizza by himself after I’ve been waiting for my order for 1 hour and 30 minutes which was never placed in first place. He really saved the situation and the whole place from me going nuclear lol

Took 45 mins for carry out on a promised 20 minute wait. Staff was not very friendly and just kept telling me “just a few more minutes” this went on for half an hour.I am disappointed because I come here often. I will not come back.

Pizza is eh. I only go here occasionally due to proximity. Today they were very very late on a pickup order. They seem to not care I am trying to get home to my family after a long day of work. No apologies or empathy for their poor planning.
