I love visiting this restaurant (the roast beef sandwiches are delicious!), and find the young man with the glasses, who cleans the lobby, very kind and friendly. He always does a great job, in my opinion.
The blonde manager with the glasses is also really friendly and competent. I hope she sticks around for a while. She seems to know more than the new foreign manager.
There was one woman, brown hair, who I heard on back line using a lot of profanity. I wish I didn’t hear that. She seemed to absolutely hate her job. I noticed her going back to a white van, while I was eating in my car, in the lot. Sorry to tattle tale, I just really don’t like profanity.
Other than that, I’ll hope to keep coming back for the roast beef and crinkle fries. Thank you! :)

I came through the drive through this evening and Marcus took my order. He was very polite and he got my order together efficiently and quickly. Everything was great. We usually go to the other location due to it being closer, after our last experience we decided to drive a little further to this location. We will keep coming back. Went in to place an order. Paused made a phone call to my misses to see what she wanted. As I was talking on the phone I watched the cook wearing gloves start grabbing at his crotch digging in the folds of his skin itches his dirty crotch for minute straight. Then proceeded to make food thereafter with the same gloves on. I looked at the shift leader, and said I'm never coming back here ever again. That place has gone down hill. It used to be nice and that store is not that old. Talk about grossed out so far that I won't step foot in a Arby's ever again. Say no to crabs.

Ordered two smokehouse brisket sandwiches to go in the drive through lane. Sandwiches were bagged and ready by the time we pulled forward. We live 5 minutes away. The sandwiches were not even warm and the onion ring topping was a laughable 1/2 of an onion ring on each of our sandwiches! For $17.45 I’ll buy a brisket, cook at home and get frozen onion rings to bake. We won’t be ordering Smokehouse brisket again. Order #219 4/23/2025. We’ll stick with our usual beef & cheddar.
