Blaze Pizza

Walked in and immediately felt the anxiety and energy of there manager Amber. Stood there patiently waiting cuz I didn’t want to interrupt her and her energy was already off and she addressed me very aggressively about my order. No welcome to blaze how can I help you not one warm greeting. She say did you order online or call in, I said in app, she says what name I tell her. She proceeds to finish orders and my order was ready and then she gets to me and as she hands me the pizza she says your welcome in a very rude manner not even waiting for me to take the box from her and say thank you. She then walks off to the back with an attitude. In the midst of this she was even rude to another employee about processing orders and corrected her in a very rude inappropriate way infront of all the customers and other employees. She need to me retrained or removed. Team leaders don’t do that. There were 6 ppl in there she didn’t need to walk around micromanaging with that energy. Work as a team be kind and professional! Never eating here agin. Attitude nasty with my pizza. Never again

Assistant manager Amber went out of her way to make us a Gluten Free dessert pie! Service and food were great.

The manager, T, was very welcoming and worked right along w her team. The pizza was Amazing! Crust was perfect and topping were FRESH. loved it. We will be back very soon. Best Blaze pizza in the area!

For the first time the Manager Sarah was rude and unprofessional. The counter girl was not handling the food safely. She as using the same brush for the red sauce and the garlic pesto. I did mention it and that's when I got Sarah who she said was the manager. She was rude and not professional at all. Talked to me very rudely. I will not be going to that Blaze Pizza again. I will not be treated that way. I have done restaurants management all my life. How insulting.

For the first time, I'm disappointed. My pizza was burned. The taste was horrible. The waitress slicing our pizza also talked over our order.

we had never been to a blaze pizza before and let the girl at the counter Kaylee, know we didn't know what to do, she rolled her eyes and put a smiley face sticker on our paper and told us what to do, but didn't finish explaining because her friends came in behind us. She proceeded to blatantly ignore us and say hi to her friends, get their orders and push them in front of us. Thankfully Tee came over as we stood their obviously not aware of what to do next, and she was sweet and helped us discover we could add any toppings we wanted and get dips as well. If it wasn't for Tee, I would have walked out!! Pizza was good for fast food and the Greek salad was fine, but I couldn't believe how blatantly ignorant the young girl was, she had the audacity to ring us up and forgot we were first timers and then acted like oh yeah do this and this and heehee. Ugh....really? As her friends cut in line in front of us and got amazing special great service.

Thank you to Zach and Ryan who after making a mistake remade my pizza and fixed it! They let me keep the other one too. Would highly recommend this place! Please give them a raise! Also the lady who made my pizza initially was also very kind

We always love Blaze pizza. But we got food to go last night and very disappointing. Salads were great but 2 half pizzas were burnt. Not just extra crispy- like burnt cheese - which does not taste good. And it was both pizzas. It’s usually always good so must have been an off night but definitely was not able to eat that.

Tonight was a rough night for Blaze. They were over 30 mins behind on online orders, and they were backed up on pizzas. But what I will say is, in such a stressful situation, all of the staff kept calm and kind to one another and to customers. And Sarah popped in like Superwoman and was speeding through prepping the orders just to help the team get caught up. She made a slick comment or two about people interrupting her (I was one of those “people”), but she kept it as kind as she could considering the circumstances. I couldn’t even be mad at her for it. She handled the entire situation better than I (and probably most) would have. And Tasha was also really kind, despite frustrated customers. There’s obvious room for improvement, but things happen. And I appreciate the care the team gave as best they could. I will be back…hopefully with a better review.
