After waiting in line for a long time and they weren't even sure what I ordered when I got to the window, I asked for a zesty sauce for my onion rings and they handed me one like it was the biggest gift in the world. Then I asked for another and they said I owed 16 cents for that. When I complained they said that McDonald's charges 80 cents. I don't know about anyone else but I have never been charged for an extra sauce. This is a single worst Burger King I have ever visited.

What's the deal with these BK restaurants? A new store doesn't improve, they're super slow and the quality of the food isn't the same either. The greasy floor needs to be improved, they're going downhill. I won't be back.

What a bad experience to buy in this place with Manager Sharon. Very ignorant, he speaks spitting, screaming, can't present simple solutions to small misunderstandings, has no patience to explain and solve a problem, only her opinion is valid and you have to listen to her screaming and being rude. I used to attend, but I don't come back anymore. The quality of the snack has decined a lot.

Thought with a new building , new management things would change. I was literally sitting in line after I ordered my food for 23 minutes already writing this review . This is unacceptable for fast food. 2 cars were serviced in 23 minutes. Looking across the street at McDonald's and so many cars came and left while we still in line. NOT FAST FOOD. Takes longer than a dine in restaurant.

I had hopes that when they knocked down the old one and built a new one that the service would improve. As i am sitting in this 15 min line and haven’t moved in 15 min, I can say it’s the same trash BK.

Very friendly staff, clean dining room. But ordering process/offering could use some improvements. The order we placed via their kiosk on the ordering counter didn't fully go through to their kitchen, waited for 10+ minutes then we asked the staff when would our order be ready only to find out they never got our order.
The kiosk also didn't seem to fully linked to the Burger King app/reward account and we couldn't redeem offer in there. Very poor experience on their kiosk and the integration to their app.
