Placed an online order for pickup at 5:07 am. Arrive at 5:20, all the lights are on, we see two people inside and nobody bothers acknowledging us. We honk the horn, knock on the window, and circle around the building to hopefully trigger some alarms. After about 10 minutes of that, a lady throws the window open to advise us that they don't open for 30 minutes. MA'AM, this is a burger king and you already took my money. Please just make my food.
I will say, the gal warmed up and was much more pleasant by the end of the encounter.
To management; please have your systems and hours accurate. I shouldn't even be able to place an order outside of open hours.

Took my 2 hours to get my meal yesterday through the drive thru. By the time I got it , food was cold & I had to pee. Not a good experience. They should have someone outside taking orders , especially if they see the line is not moving!! I get it , SpongeBob burgers are out, so speed the process or hire more employees if that’s the case.

Shoutout to the crew at this Burger King, especially Becky. She took care of us super late at night and even came up with a solution when the drink we wanted was sold out. We ended up enjoying it just as much. She was genuinely a lovely person, and the service was immaculate. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated this well at any other establishment. Big shoutout again to you guys!
Definitely don't go to that place, they don't work and you'll wait in line for over an hour just to order. It's awful!

Just left i know I ordered a big order but I ordered a double cheese burger meal and the burger has no cheese and one patty called know answers before I left I counted the fries I was missing a frie had to go in and get it than noticed the burger problem when I got home called no answer I have picture of the sticker on the sandwich and the sandwich that was not made right I will be going in the morning to complain
