For the love of God, please bring back the original fish! This new skinny version just isn’t cutting it — it’s dry, bland, and missing that magical crunch we all crave. Unless you’re secretly trying to see how fast customers can run for the exits, do us all a favor and bring back the original fish please.

The food was good and fresh but the wait time I guess you can say it was worth the wait haven't been to Captain D's in a while my son loves their cheese sticks they had a new red velvet cake came out and the cashier said it's very delicious and told me I should try it great customer service very polite very patient what's your name kayani what's her name she won me over great customer service restaurants near more employees like her

Ordered a family feast for $46 and a side of coleslaw. Arrived and was advised my order was ready but they didn’t have the coleslaw and asked what we wanted instead. I said a refund. They said they couldn’t do it on online orders, then one girl said she could in cash- but only gave me menu price, no tax. I had to advise that was not correct. Now I have no faith so I check my food. I find I have 7 hush puppies instead of the 12 the meal comes with. When I asked the guy at the counter was polite and said “I can get you some extra “ as if he was doing me a solid. I said I don’t want extra, just the included items I paid for with family meal. The girl in kitchen slung a box out with missing puppies. Overall, not a great experience considering we drove in from Tampa for this.
This place has gone down hill!!!! Wrapping food with aluminum foil and burnt food! Wish I could post the pics smh

Been going to this location for years and my recent visit became my last. I ordered through the drive-thru the fish and fries for 5.99. I get to the window, I pay, I wait. I get served a messy cold order of fish, shrimp, and fries. I went back through and told the girl who did not seem to care and she called someone else who I've seen the before and he just took the food back and brought me a new, fresh clean order. No apology or hey it's our fault you can keep the order and we'll make it right.
