We were planning a 90th birthday party for my mother in the Orlando area and a friend recommended Cathee Brady Catering. It was a great choice. Prior to the event, Cathee had several suggestions for the menu, set-ups, and materials needed (all provided by Cathee). This was extremely helpful as we were arriving from out-of-town for the party. Correspondence via email and text was helpful, and always in a timely manner. At the event the servers she sent arrived promptly, and were very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. They set up the tables nicely and helped serve the buffet-style dinner to guests. The food was very tasty, and a great variety that met the various appetites among our group. The amount was plentiful for the number of scheduled guests. After the meal the servers prepared “to go” boxes for the leftovers, cleaned up the serving trays, and disposed of trash. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend Cathee Brady’s Catering for your future events.

Outstanding food and presentation! Cathee always does a wonderful job! We are regulars for catering a quarterly tri club dinner and it is so good, I have used her for catering small family events! Always a superb experience and such yummy dishes!

Cathee catered a small conference held at my church. She worked closely with us throughout the process and provided a large assortment of options that fulfilled our needs. Her son delivered the beautifully arranged trays on the day and was professional and friendly throughout the delivery and set-up. I was highly impressed with the quality and arrangement of the food, and I would absolutely work with Cathee again for her professionalism, welcoming attitude, and responsive communication.

Cathee did an amazing job putting together a spread based on my budget. I told her the items I had interest in, amount of attendees, and what I wanted to spend and she made it happen! I sent an inquiry over the weekend, and by end of day Monday, everything was squared away for an event on Wednesday. Fantastic turn around time, and the food was delicious. Compliments all around!!! I really loved the Marsala Meatballs and Pesto Chicken Skewers!!! Thank you, Cathee, for your hard work and delicious food!!

Cathee catered our West Orange Volleyball Program Banquet at Healthy West Orange. Cathee was so wonderful to work with! I shared my budget and she suggested the perfect menu to please a large group of 100 Guests. Her team was so professional, kind and just a pleasure to host the event with. I attended an event for United Way in Clermont in mid January, 2023 and tasted Cathee's waffles, egg muffins, fruit plate, and deviled loaded eggs. Mouth watering, amazing flavors, and fun play on these dishes. I cannot wait for the opportunity to use this business for other events.

Cathee was professional and very personable as well. She came through for me at the last minute and was able to meet an early delivery time of 5:30 am! Had a huge crowd to feed and all this during a hurricane! The food was hot and delicious and EVERONE raved about how good it was! Thanks so much!
