The chicken strips I received were awful!!!! Looked like one was eaten from, one is hard and burnt looks like a fake chicken strip!!! I had to scream at the speaker beacuse 2 people with leaf blowers!!! Yall need to do better man! This is why I stopped getting checkers beacuse it was like this lat time. It's been 3yrs since I've gotten it and I thought let's see if it's better. NOPE I was wrong!!!!

10Feb2025 about 20:55 I went through the drive-thru ordered my two sandwiches. Nobody behind me was told I had to go around to the other side and wait for my food. The lady open up the sliding glass and through the bag of food into my car. My opinion she should be fired you don't treat people's food or cars that way.

Kiosk sucks totally sucks. Hot dogs where not good at all. We where totally disappointed. Chilli was ok on one. The other one was horrible. Will never order dogs again. Ordered drove away. From N.C. was looking so forward to a good checkers dog to go home and brag about. My son loves checkers.smh no! No! no! Send me a refund plz!!

I went to this location on Sunday for a quick bite after shopping. I made my order went to the Window. I saw when she bag my order but she took it to the other window & the other customers started digging through the food & realize it was not what they ordered. I then turn my camera on that is hidden in my bowser & turn it onside because I knew what was coming next. She looked lazy! She tried to hide infront of the bag & only switch the fries & left everything else the same. When I confronted her she lied about it & said No she remade everything. I could not accuse her then until I rewatched the footage & she did not remake anything but the fries only because she saw me watching. Good for me what did I expect from a checker worker. SMH I am now getting a lawyer because right is right & wrong is wrong.

The few times that a I’ve come here my burger has always been sloppy. I ask a question and the staff have an attitude. You can tell they get mistreated because during the hurricane they were open just a few hours before it hit. Obviously they have poor leadership and I DO NOT mean the manager there. I’m talking about the owners!! If they took care of their employees then I’m sure they’d be more willing to do a good job. Avoid this place until the owners FIX THEIR DISASTER!!!!
I ordered take away and waited outside the pick up window for 20 minutes for everyone to ignore me. I knocked on the window and they kept ignoring me… I’m literally just picking up food. The app says it is ready and they won’t acknowledge that there is someone here picking up their food. The worst experience ever!!!

All the employees are extremely poorly educated I went to remove in the window my request I didn't even finish talking and an employee I waited more than 25 minutes while they were only answering the cars, often we do not understand why some franchises do not grow but here it is easy to find out.

Tried the drive through from the fast food place across the street from this location but after 15minutes of sitting and not moving in line I gave up (a regular occurrence there). I came across the street to checkers tonight, around 12:20am, and one woman was working and running everything by herself. She ran circles around the other fast food location. By herself she served more customers than the other place did with more staff. The food was hot, fresh, and she was kind as well. Great job to that employee

Gotta love the 2 young men that works evenings. Couldn't ask for a better set of young men specially teens that are serious about their jobs, thats hard to find. They really need to be recognized for their time and dedication to their jobs. GO TEAM WINTER GARDEN!!!
