I had a very disappointing experience at this Checkers location. When I arrived to pick up my food, the woman working the window was extremely rude from the moment I pulled up. She didn’t ask for my order, raised her voice at me, and treated me with clear disrespect. She even slammed the window in my face for no reason.No customer should ever be spoken to or treated that way. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers don’t go through the same thing.

Got the smoky bbq bacon Buford, fries were cold and the burger was missing tomato, small slither of bacon and almost no lettuce. Plus it was all cold too. So I spend 14 bucks for trash these days? Never eat this location again.
