I know Chick Fil A holds their employees to a higher standard than other chains, and she couldn’t even muster a “you’re welcome or my pleasure” after I said thank you for taking my order. I recently went to Chickfla in Winter Garden on my way to work to buy a milkshake for myself and an extra one to give a way. When I got my order it came with no straws so I had to go back and get them. When I went to stow the shakes the tops were not secure which led to the center console and the floorboard being covered in milkshake. I contacted the company and never heard back for 4 days. On the 4th day, when they contacted me they acted like they were going to help and then quickly retracted after the GM called my phone while I was in the middle of leaving for work when I didn’t have time to speak. I called the GM this morning and all he would say is that he can’t speak to me and that an insurance company will contact me. There is irony in that it took 4 days to speak to me and because I couldn’t speak in that very moment while trying to get to work 4 days later, they won’t speak to me. Christian valued company? It’s 5 days later and I still have milkshake in floorboard that I am expected to just leave there and wait. All I did was be their customer and try to give a milkshake out to someone who needed it. Check your orders and twice to make sure the order is complete and that they secured everything.

I just left this location very disappointed! A gentleman named “Pio” was not very friendly! First he brought our food we said Thank You, he turned his back and stared walking back to the counter then we noticed he forgot our drinks I saw him going back so I thought he will bring it to us, right? WRONG!! He grab the other tray and left the drinks there, so I went and picked them up.
We finished eating and my husband want a refill, there is Pio that ignores us like there was no one. He grabbed a cup , zip some water started talking to another employee as she was walking out, so there is Pio who followed her pass by us and ignoring us.
Thanks to the assistant manager who take care of us, i think his name was Anthony No coming back to this location. (Daniel Rd)
Was pretty disappointed with this location. I mobile ordered my food so there wouldn’t be any confusion and picked it up in the drive through. I drove home to eat and found that they they gave me the wrong item and the iced coffee I ordered had a very burnt taste. I like chik fil a so i’ll continue to go to other locations but not this on.

The worst Chick-fil-A service I've ever had... this location lacks what we all know Chick- fil- A is known for their amazing customer service. This location is awful and rude. I requested a cobb salad without corn and tomatoes and the supervisor stated they couldn't do that, it's considered a special order and they don't do special orders. When my son in law spoke to the manager, he's respond was do you still want the salad vs. finding a simple solution. Awfully rude! Between the back and forth, they could've removed the corn and tomatoes. I don't recommend it to anyone and wont be going back. Take your money else where.
