Chick-fil-A

I've been to this Chick-fil-A restaurant several handful of times. The food is always good. My favorites are the deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese, chicken tenders and nuggets with honey mustard sauce, cherry coke, and peach milkshake. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
I went with my wife earlier in the week to get a peach shake. And horror of horrors, it's no longer on the menu. So I got my usual cherry coke.. I got chicken tenders, and I ate the blueberries from my wife's fruit salad.
I wonder sometimes if my wife doesn't live in this place. I like it, but not two or three times a week.

Chick Fil a is so good. I had a waffle fry that looked like a normal French fry.

In regards to Hamlin (#04926) winter garden, FL.

Upon going through the drive thru this evening I couldn't help but notice the hazard of a blind spot created by the building itself (typically there's a storefront or a decent amount of separation between the vehicle and walking customers). I would suggest placing a mirror for the drivers exiting to see oncoming customers crossing the street. The close proximity on the crosswalk and service window does not give either party sufficient time to respond. God forbid a child darting out. With adults crossing without looking, a child doesn't stand a chance I'm front of a SUV or truck.

On Friday 8/23 at 1:30pm:
Placed an order of a Cobb salad without tomatoes and corn. After I paid, They stated that they cant do any modifications to the salad. The next response was “do you still want it” in a rude way. When chick fil a is known for the amazing customer service. After I spoke to the manager, he stated no “special salads” nor “modifications”. Between the time frame of the back and forth that could’ve been done. And removing 2 ingredients is NOT a special order.
Terrible customer service! Terrible handling! Disappointed wont be going back.

It’s incredible for as much money as this place makes, that they are not accommodating. I was just explaining to them that I was playing one of their little games that gives you a prize at the end and the prize was a free cookie. After it popped up, I tried to add it and it didn’t work. I decided to place my order and go to the drive-through and I was explaining to the gentleman that didn’t pop up. He didn’t know what he was doing so he told me to speak with one of the managers and I did. The Manager said that they have been having issues with it and the rewards haven’t been popping up. I asked him if he could still give me the cookie I was awarded and he said not at this time. It’s insane that they are the ones that have problems but yet they said they can’t give me a cookie. C’mon… it’s a little ridiculous… Also, they forgot my cup of ice that I asked for. This reminds me why don’t go to Chick-fil-A often

Employees very helpful! Always treated with respect. No charge for senior drink. Very clean & friendly atmosphere. Service is always fast. Ample parking & fairly easy to get in/out of restaurant. Always has an event or special scheduled. Focus is on family.

Asked for well done sandwich like I get at every chicfila. This guy manager said no we are not doing it with no explanation and was very rude. He made my daughter cry because she was so disappointed. I will never eat here again.

Felt like I needed to leave a review today just due to how great the service was. I’m a regular at the Hamlin location and generally things are good. Today’s experience was great.

Have to give major props to Ryder (sorry if I got your name wrong!) but he’s in training and gave my girlfriend and I EXCEPTIONAL service today. He was so kind and attentive taking care of our drinks and trays and was just straight up nice to both of us and other customers. Most employees here are great, Ryder really was exceptional. Future CFA operator some day?! I could see it!
