If I could this place a zero star, I would! I went here with my family and one of the workers there, I forgot the guys name but, he was coming on super super hard to my sister and saying really unacceptable comments and making weird looks towards her and stuff like that. It's unbelievable that this business allows things like this. 0/10 food wasn't even good. It was mushy, uncooked and OVERcooked??? I have no idea how this business is still running.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla, but it looks completely different from the menu. The size of the tortillas is very small, pico de gallo very little portion. Disappointed, my server very kindly offered me to order something else, but I was hungry.

Last time I ate at a Chili was 6 years ago. Then I received a gift card. Then I was reminded why I don't eat at Chili's. The current pandemic doesn't help that I did take out and when I got home found my food was burnt. Really burnt. Bad enough I just threw it out.
Update: it’s been 4 years and I decided to get food here again (not sure why). Still keeping 1 star review. Got the Ancho Salmon for $20.79. The salmon is so over cooked that it is crunchy. Rice is just sad. Broccoli is mushy. Chili’s remains the worst restaurant chain in my book.

I am so disappointed to the point of having to place a review.. Please make sure to check your to bags before leaving. There was no care to how much (or lack there of) food was put inside. This is beyond disappointing.

I ordered the smokehouse combo and it was wonderful along with my wonderful server Thomas. Thomas was a delightful and girthy young boy and fulfiled all my special requests on my orders.

We love this chilis the service is always fantastic especially at the bar. BUT yall need to recover your portion sizes. For a small example - on the 3 for 10, I chose an appetizer salad. Typically I get a good amount that fills the little bowl and it’s presented well. The photo shows the salad after I poured the tiny cup of dressing on top. It’s like a dressing soup with 3 pieces of lettuce. Used to come with cucumbers and good amount of accoutrements, it was just lettuce and some croutons. I took 3 bites and finished it. Feels like they’re skimping and we saw this with other pieces of our meal. Also, please do inventory. All of the cups we were given were chipped around the edges. Ran my fingers over it, pieces came off. Why would you proceed to fill, walk over, and place the cups at the table knowing they look like this. Do better! We don’t want to change our chilis.
