We love this Chilis! They are always able to get us in quickly, esp when using the app! There is something for everyone and every budget! We love coming in for the 3 for me! An app, drink, and entree starting under $11! They have some magical technology that tells the kitchen what I ordered while the waitress is still at the table… food service is so quick and kitchen delivery staff is HUSTLING to take care of guests. We are chilis fans for life bc of this location!
This Chilis has top notch service, a great atmosphere, and great food. It’s also one of the cheapest restaurants in the area, even without all of the amazing specials they offer. I don’t know what the other reviews are complaining about, I’ve never had a bad experience
In all the years we've gone to this location, this recent experience was the worst. Fries were not hot, so we asked the guy for fresh fries. Instead apologizing and getting some fresh hot fries, he asked, "Are they not hot?! Then he said he will get us fresh fries in which he forgot, we finished our meals(the chicken sandwich was disappointing since we were given a small piece) had to ask our server for the fries when he brought us the bill. Our server was on point with our refills, but the other guy who forgot our fries, also my spoon when he brought our soups out, was too busy chatting with the hosts.

Chilis: There won't be a next time! I am on a fixed income and when I splurge, I want what I paid for. You guys CLEARLY, short change to go orders.. and that is not okay.So..as I went last week and got the Santa Fe burger and raved about. I ordered take out today. Can you tell the difference. Well they lost my business today. There were chunks on in restaurant burger but not on take out. Wow..talk about disappointed...

I used to work at the Red Robin that closed in the same plaza as this Chilis. Our more experienced staff loved to go here after a hard day and socialize, including myself. Working in the service industry and after a long day we really appreciated the service and staff here, they are amazing and this is the best Chilis I’ve been to since the 90’s. Went in last week and was reminded why we always went there. Thank you all, sorry we aren’t around as much anymore.

Went to this Chili's spur of the moment. Short wait on a busy night. Our waitress went above and beyond replacing finished drinks, double checking for our son's diary allergy. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Very accomodating for 13 of us on short notice, service was spectacular!Back with a party of 14!! Just as great! Christian is a rockstar server!Now again, Christian was superb! And what a GREAT Bacon burger!!Savannah served 12 of us with ease!! Great server!!
