I realize it is New Year’s Eve, but the employees at the winter garden village location were absolutely miserable and rude! Very disappointed. Food was still good as usual though.

We went in November and the rice was undercooked. Decided to try it again last week and the rice had too much lime. All you could taste was lime and no seasoning. On top of the rice issue we were overcharged. Customer service at both the restaurant and over the phone were terrible.

Disgusting chipotle, price gets raised every year, the portion gets smaller and smaller, not sure if it’s the employee that gets so lazy that don’t want to cook or something or company policy purposely giving customer tiny portions. Disgusting and not to mention dinning area it’s like trash station, everywhere is full of trash.

Disappointing experience, my mom and I came in and were treated poorly, the amount of meat they gave us was barely enough and when we asked for a little bit more they wanted to charge us for double meat but the lady in front of us asked for more meat and they gave her more without charging her extra which I thought was incredibly unfair and makes me believe that they wanted to charge us extra because we’re Asian and the lady infront of us was white. Please do better, we will not be returning to this location.

Everything about this location is a mess. From Dirty floor. To Last scoops we got from almost every pot! Rude employees and careless manager. Mind you I paid for my daughter’s food only to get this service!!!! Not the first time to regret, but definitly the last time I step in this location!

I enjoy purposely putting an app order in with a 10 minute buffer since I know it won't be ready. Im usually the only person waiting by the pickup shelf and staring at my order sitting on the kitchen counter for 10mins. I believe that the workers working online orders get promoted if they dont attempt to make eye contact or assist pateintly waiting customers. Order was 20 minutes late and of course the order is wrong.

I’m really disappointed with this Chipotle. Every time I go, they’re super stingy with the portions. I get that things are expensive, but when you’re paying over ten bucks for a bowl, it shouldn’t look half empty. I shouldn’t have to beg for a full scoop of rice or chicken.

The food itself tastes fine, it’s Chipotle, so you know what to expect, but the portions at this location just don’t match the price. It’s frustrating when other Chipotles are generous and this one acts like they’re rationing every ingredient.

I love Chipotle in general, but this location really needs to work on consistency and not being so stingy with the servings.

Food is usually very good; today, 9/4/25, the food was terrible. I had a steak bowl, and the steak was pretty burnt. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. They were out of a lot of the proteins, and instead of helping people who wanted the protein, they made us wait for the other orders to be completed. The dining room was filthy, with food on the floor and tables. Customers had to clean them off before using them, and as usual, the music was so loud you couldn't have a conversation with anyone sitting with you! They really need to do something with the volume of the music in this! particular Chipotle, I come here at least once a week and most of the time if feels like a club with the music so loud. There is no reason for the music to be that loud, people want to eat and converse with each other not have music blasting in their ears.

I've eaten at many Chipotle franchises in the past and this place over seasons their food. I ordered a kids meal with the steak and it was so spicy that even my husband who can handle spicy food, could barely eat it. The line is ALWAYS super long in here. The staff works at a sloths pace, it's almost comical. They also are not super friendly, and don't communicate at all. The atmosphere is always dirty, I wonder about the sanitation of the back of house.

I went in store to order a steak bowl n while eating, I found multiple long and short blonde and black hairs in my food. I had to throw the whole bowl away. I called the store to see what I could do but nobody answered. Don’t waste your money here 👎🏾
