Dude dumped meat from a flour tortilla back into the bin, making it a severe issue for those with gluten allergies. They also had no cheese and said they were unable to give me some from the togo station, which I don’t see why they couldn’t have as they were not busy. Worst experience I’ve had at this location. Ended up paying for a bowl i didn’t even want anymore.

We go to this location often because it’s close to our house. Every single time I go they are out of something. Today I waited 15-20min for steak to be made. They were out of veggies. Seemed like a lot of workers working but no moves happening. The girl at check out today looked so miserable and annoyed. Maybe it’s time to just go to another location since this is every single time I come to this location.

It's well known in Winter Garden DO NOT order take out from here, no matter how simple an order, they just can't get it right. I was in a pinch with a picky eater nephew who eats like 3 things and requested Chipotle. Next time I will veto.
2 bowls were right (surprise) the one wrong was my nephew's no sour cream and cheese but added salsa which he does not eat at all. It was a terrible 24 hours, nephew's mom is in hospital and had emergency surgery, I've been awake since 230 am when I got the desperate call for help to stay with him. My husband picked up food I ordered to help me out and left since packing up my nephew is an ordeal. Now with the wrong order I had to do the thing I was desperately trying to avoid and now it's pouring rain. Spend 45 mins getting my order fixed. When I get there the girl says no big deal I'll fix it, I'll add cheese and sour cream. I tell her l, no, I need a new one because there's sauce all over the bowl he doesn't eat. She grabs the wrong bowl from me, rolling her eyes with crazy attitude and making some nasty comment to the other girl. I was annoyed and maybe expected some sort of contrition but that nasty attitude is insane. Nice manager, but you need to figure out your takeout team, it's not working. I will never eat there again.

The order was messed up online, so we had to go in. The manager was very friendly, and he hopped on the line because we had a big order and helped with our order. That's what I call 💯 percent customer service satisfaction!!!!!

Dude literally just walks away from making burritos, thought he left. Comes backing tossing containers of cold food complaining about doing his job. Calls in the girl doing garbages. Not sure if she washed her hands. Cold toppings getting dropped all over the counter and prepped food. Watched her tear a hole in my burrito, doesn't say or do anything. Than the cashier disappeared as another girl drops some trays, had to wait to pay. Complete lack of training, skill, care for customer, care for food quality.

Tables for dirty Services below average couldn't really speak to a manager they said they'll be right there and they never came to me not a good place to visit other words don't waste your time there

I just got a bowl on this place. Works are always in BAD mood. The place is always dirt. Food in the table, trash cans always more than full. I never see that place clean at all. Every time I go they put you less food. So you pay the same price. Is always missing an ingredient, today was a salad. The meat was cold, the black beans were dry. I’m not sure why now they gonna be open until 11 PM. They just don’t care about the customers anymore.

Food taste good, but they are extremely cheap with their portions at this location. Second time I’ve been here and the portions still suck compared to other chipotle’s. The restaurant is also pretty dirty inside. Won’t be coming back here.
