Goof food. Great seating inside and out. Last time I was there, I tried to give my phone number for rewards points but cashier said I needed to order on the app. It was a large order. I told her I didn't have the app. When I got home, I downloaded the app and realized I could've scanned the receipt in. She didn't tell me that. When I looked for the receipt, she never gave it to me so I think she kept my receipt to get points on her app. I didn't appreciate that and her not telling me I could've scanned the receipt in after. I haven't been back since.

I did an online order and it was incorrect I went back in to get the correct one and they still got it wrong On top of that the quality was terrible and I even asked can I get a cup of cilantro even offering to pay for it and was told no it's a new policy that they're not allowed to give cilantro out which I've never heard of..

idk why but every time I do an online order through this chipotle they will purposely give you a small cup when you pay for a 22 oz… this has happened multiple times to me and it’s weird. I have to bring it up every single time I order.

I placed an order thru the app. Order number 23P-UA6 Ordered a steak bowl with Guac plus Chips and Guac. Got charged extra and got no Guac or chips and also my bowl had a lot of lettuce in it that I didn't ask for. Someone else picked it up for me and they did not realize the Guac and chips were missing and definitely didn't open the bowl to see if the order was right as they shouldn't (So this part is not their fault) but when I tried to get a hold of the store/manager it's almost impossible thru the automatic system, they asked you 20 thousand questions and you can't never get someone at the actual store to talk to. When transfer to a customer service department they told me they can give me chips and guac for free for the next time, I told them I wanted my money back but they told me the best they can do is a buy one get one offer for next time. For what? So they can send me the wrong order again? Plus whenever I order it's only for me. why do I need to buy two orders for? This is not the first time this happend at this location but I always tried to understand and not make a big deal about it but this time I was tired. Unfortunately I couldn't go to the store and returned the whole thing myself. So I am out $19.95, have nothing to eat for lunch since I end up throwing the order away because the lettuce was all mixed in there but hey I have a buy one get one for the next time. Like if I'm ever gonna give them a chance again. Their customer service sucks! They need to learn how to treat their loyal customers.

I just almost finished eating the food, on the last bite I found a BIG PIECE OF PLASTIC, WHAT IS THIS? Oh my good that’s unacceptable, thanks god I saw, cause was literally under the cheese, imagine if I eat this by accident. That’s completely unacceptable, I should’ve sue y’all and post on my whole instagram!!!!

The place is not clean at all. Some of the items ordered had very small portion sizes. The chicken was not thoroughly cooked and tasted like a rock. The employee serving us was also very rude and did not handle our food properly. So many of the proteins were out of stock around 8:00 pm and also the entire service was very slow.

The worst location ever avoid at all costs manager can't be more than 22 years old she runs a bunch of kids who are slow and have an attitude like they are mad you came there probably laziest bunch .The portions is the main problem I got nothing but beans cheese and rice but the time I got to halfway through I was tasting nothing . Go to winter garden village they make them much bigger because they don't mind working I finished it the next day. The whole crew need to be retrained on customer service.

The music was very loud, the white rice was hard and dry, the young lady that was putting the food in bag was very rude, she really threw my food across the counter after she put it in the bag.

The place is dirty, if you want to take a table you would need to clean it yourself first.

Stake has huge chunks of fat you can't chew.

They need to fire the big they them that serves the food cause she gives terrible portion sizes and terrible attitude and gives little to no portions at all. Like chipotle is already getting a little pricey which I don’t mind paying since it’s good quality food but it sucks when I’m getting 1/4 a scoop of food and 3/4 scoop of attitude from the person. And I ask if she can give just a little bit more anddddd she just ignored it all the way and proceeded to not give me any type of full scoop for my food.

I visited this Chipotle and I really wasn't impressed! I took my Mom there for the first time and the meats were very low. We wanted to try the new BBQ chicken and they only had a couple of dry bits at the bottom of the container. The young lady offered it to me...but I didn't want that! She told me it would be 25 minutes to cook more, so I settled for the regular chicken, paid and left. There's no reason that food should run out at a place like this and the wait be 25 minutes!! Needless to say my Mom doesn't want to revisit this location or any Chipotle restaurants period!!
