Terrible Service!
Me and my husband were waiting patiently, but the staff acted like we weren’t even there
and there wasn’t even a line. They were too busy talking to each other and completely ignored us. Super disappointing, we like Chipotle, but this location really needs to do better with customer service.

No one eating at the restaurant and my order still gets messed up after ordering in the app. Costs extra for guac and yet they continue to leave it out of my order. This has happened too many times.

I placed an order through the Chipotle app and paid extra for guacamole — but they didn’t include it. It was really frustrating because I tried to complain through the app, but the process was so complicated that I gave up. I think it’s unacceptable to charge for something and not deliver it.

That said, every time I’ve gone in person, the staff has been super friendly and my orders have always been right. So personally, I’ll stick to ordering in person from now on — much better experience.

This location is bitter sweet. The staff is nice. The girl with the mask and the young guy with the hat at the register are always chit chatting and on their phones. The tables are always dirty. Today there were ants in the table. The drinks area is always dirty. There’s always a protein missing. People are on a timed lunch and this never fails to happen. No one bothers to wipe downs the tables or chairs or sweep. The assembly tables are a mess with food everywhere and rarely are they wiped cleaned. It’s gotten to the point that it’s much easier and better simply to order online for pick or just go somewhere else to eat.

This one is consistently the best Chipotle in my area and one of the best I've been to. Staff are great. Generally well cleaned and maintained. Service is quick. Many a location can be disappointing. Never this one

Goof food. Great seating inside and out. Last time I was there, I tried to give my phone number for rewards points but cashier said I needed to order on the app. It was a large order. I told her I didn't have the app. When I got home, I downloaded the app and realized I could've scanned the receipt in. She didn't tell me that. When I looked for the receipt, she never gave it to me so I think she kept my receipt to get points on her app. I didn't appreciate that and her not telling me I could've scanned the receipt in after. I haven't been back since.

I did an online order and it was incorrect I went back in to get the correct one and they still got it wrong On top of that the quality was terrible and I even asked can I get a cup of cilantro even offering to pay for it and was told no it's a new policy that they're not allowed to give cilantro out which I've never heard of..

All the crew at this location are awesome CeeCee, Sammy and Amanda are go above and beyond. We go every day. And every day we get the same delicious vegetarian bowl. Thank you Chipotle for helping my husband getting his diabetes under contral by eating your fresh clean food every day
