Came in didn’t even feel welcome, and was almost rushed out of the place. In my bowl they only put 1 spoon of rice, there is actually barely anything in my bowl, they also threw everything in my plate as if I was getting school lunch. Not every happy…very unprofessional won’t be coming back, thank you for the awful experience .

Literally out of EVERYTHING. The lady doing online orders came to us and was very rude. Overall, seems like management needs to project better, and teach their employees some better customer service skills. Had to wait in a very long line before anyone mentioned they were out of everything.

Placed an order for customer pickup of door dash due to the job credit and the store gave my order away. They rudely advised me it is not their problem and that i got to call door dash. An hour later door dash advised it was the stores fault but i had to reorder just to fix the problem. Never again. Waiting on a store manager to call me asap. Rude staff and no proper service

Food taste good it’s chipotle but the way it was prepared was really bad my burrito looked like dog food the way it was rolled up into a burrito they weren’t communicating very well I had to take white rice cause guy kept asking for brown rice and no one answered horrible and the counter was nasty paper foil was full of all the sauces

Waited over 50 minutes in what is supposed to be a fast paced restaurant. Seemed like they did not want to be there and were not very outgoing. Severely understaffed. No sense of urgency to complete orders. Trash was overflowing. Very disappointing to say the least.

if you need to eat fast... forget it... only one waiter today (Saturday) to serve your food. 20 minutes waiting and there were still 5 people in front of me.

When ordering through the app…. They always mark the food as done way before the time that is actually done I don’t know why they do that to get credit as a store? but it’s very inconvenient for them to mark something done and then you have to wait 20 minutes inside afterwards
