Ordered an online order and am convinced they gave me someone elses order entirely. I didnt receive steak, queso, the right beans, or sour cream? The only thing they got right was the lettuce and cheese.

I just got into the restaurant, and they have a sign. No sour crem, no guacamole,no cheese, no Pico de Gallo, no chicken....something else...so they should close ? I can understand running out of something, but all of that...that is ridiculous

Never have any issues with this location when I go inside. Only a problem when I have ordered . The bowl is always have empty when you order online. Wouldn’t recommend doing that.

Going to this chipotle since 2020 and I have to say it has gone down hill. They run out of white rice nearly every evening. If you are open till 11 don’t run out of food. Do better with food preparation or staffing!
I ordered a bowl for my daughter with only white rice/black beans. The young lady barely gave me any rice / beans I asked for juice off beans and she put a couple drops on the rice. Got to register asked for a bag of chips, got charged but didn't receive chips. Tried to call no answer. It's sad because their prices went up but service and the amount of food has gone down !!! Over twelve dollars for barely nothing Sad and disappointed ☹️

Always perfect instructions and servings when I come here! Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is neat and clean. I always eat here when i want Chipotle.Vegetarian options: Love the Sofritas as a plant based option. Savory marinated tofu crumbles that go on anything!

sadly, this location is terrible and I would not be surprised if they don’t last another year or two. Service is incredibly slow, they’re generally understaffed. And recently we got in there and they were out of chicken, steak. Carnitas were bottom of the battle. Virtually every side was at the bottom of the tray almost empty. I was served crispy brown rice. This was at 8pm!? Honestly, would never go back here again.
