redoing my review from a few months ago. this location has figured out the kinks from when they first opened. also, the worker named Angel is quite literally an angel. They’re always so sweet and remember me everytime i come. great portions, nice workers, and super fast!

They keep serving small portions!!! You need to keep asking for the right amount

Rude staff, waited in line for 45 min for white rice. No apologies, no urgency. Staff joking around playing on phones while line backed up to 20 people waiting. Ran out of both brown and white rice.

Best chipotle in the area. Food is always hot and fresh, portions are right. The staff is friendly but the line can move a little slow during peak times

I've eaten here almost daily. My biggest complaint, portion sizes vary greatly from day to day. The grill is consistently running behind with meat choices running out on assembly line and kitchen not catching up. Waiting upwards of 20 min + just to get carne asada back online. For a new store opening this year Managment needs to get involved. Service is failing.

Had a GREAT experience at chipotle this evening. The atmosphere was clean and not too loud. Great location that was not too busy or crowded. The staff making the food were awesome. This location is incredible! My daughter has allergies and they are so accommodating and safe. They take all the precautions and what’s more, don’t make me feel like it’s an inconvenience at all. Always friendly and fresh. Food safety is so important to us and they really do it right. The Thursday PM crew was so kind and efficient! Thanks!

Poor customer service. My cellular service wasn’t working so I couldn’t use my “free red chimichurri” side. Instead of honoring it and giving me a $1 sauce for free, they held up the line and have an unhappy customer. One side sauce is not worth a bad review! Do better.

This review is for all of you complaining about the service there - Jennifer Franco the Manager at this store over works all her employees! I’m talking some work 10-14 hours because there is no coverage meanwhile she is OFF. The previous manager Emmanuel and Jaden both left because of her, when they were there the store was running smoothly let’s not forget many of you will not work hospitality it takes a lot to do this work! I went here to see this for myself the workers are tired - this is a busy area with all these spoiled customers who feel entitled. Chipotle if your reading this you need a better Manager to run this place one that cares for there employees and at some point you have to care if you want to be a successful store. To all the customers complaining before you attack learn to know that this comes from upper hand these employees can only do so much! If you want more cook your own meal at home instead of talking bad without some of these kids working through breaks and long shifts! To all the tourist learn to be sympathetic for your servers! I went here just to sit and watch all and saw the nasty customers! Jennifer Franco do better because you yourself are replaceable. The 5 stars were for the workers that had a smile especially Isabella, Flora and grill guy!
