I’m normally not the type to leave bad reviews but what happened today was absolutely unacceptable. I came in today and ordered a small, and i heard the manager tell the employee to portion less, the portion i had was already small and im already paying $10 for an ice cream. the employee who served me was really nice though but the manager saying that in front of the customer is just rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location.

This is the closest cold stone to me I get the same thing all the time cake batter pecans amd red velvet every time at this location they always claim to not have the red velvet as a mix in. The only cold stone that never has is mind you I drive 40 mins. At another location that I drove an hour to get to said all cold stone has red velvet because its made in house for the cakes. Very disappointing

I entered Cold Stone’s Sinter Garden expecting ice cream and left spiritually reborn. The moment I tasted that euphoric swirl of flavors—chocolate thunder battling rainbow sprinkles in a vanilla dimension—I heard a Gregorian chant erupt from the whipped cream. The waffle cone crunched like the bones of a candy-coated unicorn. A child screamed. Not out of fear, but respect. My spoon melted from sheer awe. Somewhere, a lactose-intolerant man wept softly in the corner, holding a pint like a forbidden scroll. Five stars. My pancreas may never forgive me, but my soul is wearing a cape and doing cartwheels

Brenda was amazing so sweet! We came in a couple minutes before they closed but she was still so kind and served us!

Why is it so hard for places to be appropriately staffed on a weekend? 20 min wait for ice cream is just not worth it

I ordered the large ice cream and was told I can substitute toppings. I asked for sprinkles instead of crystals and m&ms instead of chocolate chips. The server Jade started to make the mixture and put like 10 sprinkles, i asked her to please don't skimp on it and she had an attitude and added more. I went to pay and she charged me the full price plus 3 additional toppings. I told her that's not right and she had an attitude. I called and asked for the manager who blew me off. The staff is so unprofessional and gives cold stone a bad image. They need training on customer service. Really bad experience. Manager still never called me back!

Their new flavor dark chocolate is INCREDIBLE. It should be a permanent flavor. Best ice cream I have ever had, I don't think anything could top their dark chocolate . Highly recommend

Feeling very disappointed drove half hour to get here. Always get the same thing cake batter red velvet and pecans get there and they don't have red velvet.
