The management was fantastic, the waitress I had needed more experience, but the cook needs to learn how to check meat temperatures because my meatloaf was sent back twice for being completely raw in the middle

We generally like cracker barrel but never went there for breakfast before and will never go there for breakfast again. The menu had all kinds of fancy stuff on it but none of the usual breakfast items. I ended up with biscuits and gravy. I new you had good biscuits but the gravy was terrible. Traditional biscuits and gray should have sausage in the gravy which it didn't and the consistency was more like pudding than gravy. That was yesterday and I have had a upset stomach all day today. YUCK!!!

This is worst cracker barrel don't go to it. This is third time we have tried them. They don't wait on customer. You set there and wait and wait. But they wait on other customer just coming in. DON'T GO

They need to get their act together. Honestly,every single time the service is terrible! Specially the person at the podium - either she hates her job or guests at the restaurant.

It took over 45 minutes to get my food and when I did receive it, everything was cold. The bacon was undercooked and the scrambled eggs were overcooked. I was very disappointed.

First off, I’ve been going to cracker barrel my whole life and have never had an issue. Today was the Worst restaurant experience i’ve had in a decade. First, we ordered the cheese bites as an appetizer. We were given 12 tiny cheese bites. Mind you there’s two of us. I couldnt imagine a family of 4. I ordered pancakes and bacon. The size of the pancakes have shrunk significantly, mind you these were plain pancakes, why do you need to make them so tiny? They’re not a specialty item. The bacon was the most TASTELESS food i’ve ever eaten in my life. I wish this was an exaggeration. The portion sizes at cracker barrel are out of control. We still cannot get over the cheese bites portion sizes. Absolutely insane. Will never visit cracker barrel again.

This location isn't normally this bad, but today was awful. After being seated, it took us over an hour to get our food, btw it was breakfast food for a party of four and two kids five and under. My husband's food was undercooked and we explained this to the manager and he just simply did he apologize. He didn't offer to remove the item my husband didn't eat because it was undercooked. Honestly, the last few times wasn't the greatest but this time took the cake.

Update:
I am not a fan of how they updating the restaurant to look more modern and bright boo.
They charge extra for everything. They cram the place.
Infill miss the old fashion stuff.
Well today the server was not that great. Look we like to come here and my wife could not get something because only on Monday and Thursdays oh come on.
The music is loud for an already loud place.
I wanted a breakfast menu and the guy was not very helpful.
No napkins.
I hope the food is hot. What takes forever for water and coffee.

I don’t even know where to begin, from the attitude of the hostess, the table that was still dirty with food and drinks that I had to clean myself, to the server not even approaching us for 15 minutes, to burnt all the way blackened food being brought out ,the manager replacing burnt food with over cooked food . It was a disaster from start to finish. The worst Cracker Barrel experience I have ever had. I will never return to this one. I suggest you save yourself the time and headache and avoid it too.
