Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Don't pass on the biscuits, they are amazing. The styling has been updated but the menu is still the same. I don't know what is going on in the kitchen, but our last two trips to this specific establishment has ended with someone not feeling well. My French toast was burned. The server we had wasn't great. The manager looked shell-shocked when we talked to her about a different issue. Very unexpected low quality from a Cracker Barrel. Previously I gave this place 5 stars. I had to knock a few off after our last outing.

From bad Server to bad served food. Tried the new Campfire Chicken and one potato in it??? Chicken over cooked and too much juice on bottom as if it were a soup dish?? Wow, no good chef's around these days.

I normally do not write a review but my experience here wasn’t pleasant. I come here often to eat and have never received such bad experience. My server was not pleasant and did not want to wait on us! He never asked did we need any refills on our drinks. He never bought us napkins or any thing we needed to make our meal a great experience. I love the new look they gave the place but now they need some better severs. I was very unhappy when I left

The food and service is wonderful and we absolutely LOVE the new design for the remodel! The restaurant looks amazing and feels great with that same Cracker Barrel country atmosphere.

Have avoided this location for at least two years for terrible food and shaky service. Returned recently, dont mind the new look. The food is still terrible, service is now terrible. Waited about 35 minutes from ordering. Empty drink glasses, no muffins/biscuits. Give us a reason to come back. Where is your floor manager to keep the system moving?? And lastly, i dont like the booze. Family restaurant?? Your move.

Our server was great, but It took forever for our order to be taken and then we waited 45 minutes for our food. We did have to keep asking for items, but it was just a long lengthy stay it should’ve been cut in half.

I’ve come to this particular Cracker Barrel for 10 years now. It’s always been good and somehow they found a way to be great! Now, after 10 years, I’m compelled to leave a review. Lila our server and Kevin the stores manager are absolutely accommodating and took care of my wife. The updated building looks great, the food has always been good and consistent. But the service, has always been good however now, it’s absolutely amazing.

As usual, the food is great. However, let's talk about the upgrade to the decor, yes, an upgrade. It no longer feels dark and cluttered or have the feeling of dust looming around you as we eat. It has the perfect balance of old and new. I think it's a great business move to cater not only to the mature consumer, but to the younger generation as well. The much needed remodel did not affect the quality of the food or the service, and I think those two factors are much more important. Be open minded to change, I'm of the older generation and I love it!!!
