Crisp and Green

Everything is great and considering I’m going through my health journey this was an amazing find for me in the area. I came in 15mins before closing and no greeting, which is fine I understand everyone is tired I get it. However the attitude I got especially since I never been here was insane. I definitely want to come back because the food options look amazing. The young lady that was there attending me seemed very tired which I completely understand but asking a question felt like a burden to her. The guy with the face tat could’ve been more present without the AirPod.

Food was delicious, great selection and the prep kitchen was spotless! The server was so instinctual about the items that go in each signature item and didn’t miss a thing. Only miss was they don’t offer any sweetener in house for their unsweetened iced tea? Overall great though!

Ordered the buffalo Chicken wrap and a bowl. The bowl for my girlfriend was great, the wrap i could not eat. It was so incredibly salty that i could only stomache 2 bites.

Delicious meal with caring staff super knowledgeable with allergies. I'm allergic to gluten, dairy, and peanuts and they were so helpful. And the meal was PERFECT! Will totally come back. Thank you!

Awful service from the manager. She was disrecpectful and rude, after waiting on line 15 min because no one was attending. Never coming back. Good luck with that service. The person on black shirt.

Vegetarian options: You can make any of the menu items vegetarian with tofu.

Kid-friendliness: My son loves the Los Ninos bowl.

I ordered the Japanese BBQ Wrap and at the end of making it and mixing all I gradients. The worker tells me “oh we actually don’t have any bbq left” and instead of asking if I want a new order I had to choose a substitute sauce. Keep in mind all the ingredients including teriyaki have been mixed in at this point. The wrap was awful, the staff clearly could tell it’s not what I wanted. And on top of this the cider was more like a ginger lemonade than anything apple. I will never be returning, every single other rice and salad place including chipotle offer better food and service

The salad and grain bowls at this location are great. I’ve always wanted to try their smoothies and açaí bowls. I was extremely disappointed, I they food prep and make the bowls prior, which is fine, but they freeze the sorbet where it’s not edible unless you wait sometime for it to stop melting. At a proper temperature they may be Ok. You are better off going to a 3Natives or Playa Bowl.

They really skimp on the amount of food they give based on the price they charge. They constantly nickel and dime here charging extra for a “tad” more dressing. Not worth the price for the value they are providing.
