Crisp and Green

Had the Honey Mustard Wrap and Fiesta Bowl. Fantastic! So fresh. The ranch dressing must be homemade - best ranch dressing ever. Beans were especially good. Roasted pumpkin seeds - wow. If you are particular about your ingredients, you will not be disappointed!

Its great ingredients, staff was great. Just really pricey. $25 for a salad and a smoothie. If you think this quick service is inexpensive, think again. Ill come here again.

I personally had great service when I went (5/21 at 7:45 pm) to Crisp and Green. The food is so fresh and delicious, I am a huge fan! All the fresh ingredients are visible in a clear fridge, the portions are pretty hearty, and all the ingredients are listed on a ar code, which allowed me to eat everything i wanted without concern! You can make your own bowl or get a set bowl - I got a bowl with curry and had the curry sauce on top .. wow! Delicious. It's awesome to see that the sauce had no dairy or gluten in it as well. Perfect place for vegans, non vegans, vegetarians, and everyone who wants a healthy meal without busting the bank. There's plenty of parking in the lot, not an issue there. The location is spaced out well, also, so a chair in the store would not be a problem. I recommend!

Clean, comfortable, and tasty. Love the options of wraps or salads. Each is made fresh in front of you and customizable. The Chicken Ceasar and Southwest Chicken are two favorites, add avocado to your ceasar for some creaminess.

Initially, the service used to be great here, with good proportions. But recently food portions have gotten less, and the service has gotten much worse. I order there quite often and consistently had a bad experience with the customer service there directly. I ordered it one time and had to call in about the kind of food proportions I got and they told me that they don’t really take orders past 8 o’clock, they said that they are packing up…this is not a good way to treat customers. I came in recently and just for a pick up order and people just went about their business and didn’t even ask me if I needed any help or anything until I approached someone directly, disturbing them from prepping another order that they were making.

I know things have gotten expensive but paying ~$40 for two salads is a bit outrageous, specially when they forget to add chicken to a ceaser chicken salad... There are new people every time I come in and its not always a pleasent experience. Not sure I am coming back.

Every time I come here, I am constantly charged different prices. Sometimes I like to make substitutions on their food because of allergies and sometimes they charge you and sometimes they don’t. I thought if you make substitutions by removing other things, it cancels out the price. It’s very inconsistent, especially with food portion size they give you. I’ve come here a good amount of times and it’s just very frustrating that there’s no consistency.

Unfortunate because I love the wraps here, but the service encourages me to not come back. I ordered a wrap and when I get home is when I saw they made a bowl not a wrap. I got home at 9 pm so I could not call and fix the issue then. I called the next day and the manager asked me to come out back to the restaurant that’s 30 minutes away from my house to get it remade. I called to make sure it’s was going to be made and ready for when I got there since I’ll have to drive 30 minutes back home. It was not made when I arrive (half way started but left not finished) the staff member took her time making the wrap then proceeded to place the not fully covered wrap (not in a bag) on the counter. When I picked it up she offered to rewrap it, but what would be the point? The wrap was already placed on the counter, it was done with zero urgency or care, and I could not wait to leave.

Just went in and a young hotel with curly hair who seems new put 5 view sizes pieces of chicken in my bowl and when u asked get to put more and type me i had to pay almost $4 extra.

Also Ive been here numerous times and the purpose is always different when I order the same exact thing. Not coming back

The last three times I’ve came to this crisp greens I’ve had what appears to be a new person each time because no one knows how to wrap a wrap properly my food is always spilling out & today was the last straw because there is no way I walk out the store and my wrap is literally unfolding in my hands. Mind you this is right outside their building. Train your employees better

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Crisp and Green. I placed an order through their website, but unfortunately, it never arrived. When I reached out to the store, they claimed that they had handed it over to DoorDash for delivery. However, when I contacted DoorDash, they informed me that they couldn't cancel the order because it was placed through the store's website.

What's even more frustrating is that neither Crisp and Green nor DoorDash provided a refund or cancellation. I feel robbed, as I didn't receive my order or my money back. As a customer, it's unacceptable to be passed back and forth between the store and the delivery service, with no resolution in sight.

I was a loyal customer, but this experience has left a bad taste. I will never order from Crisp and Green again. The lack of accountability and customer care is shocking. I caution others to think twice before ordering from their website.

Everything is great and considering I’m going through my health journey this was an amazing find for me in the area. I came in 15mins before closing and no greeting, which is fine I understand everyone is tired I get it. However the attitude I got especially since I never been here was insane. I definitely want to come back because the food options look amazing. The young lady that was there attending me seemed very tired which I completely understand but asking a question felt like a burden to her. The guy with the face tat could’ve been more present without the AirPod.
