Very disappointed! We went yesterday evening and got the 6 minis. When they showed us the box I saw that one was doubled so I very politely asked if I chose twice the same flavor. Since they have screens where you can order and no receipt gets printed. Then a rude employee named Bri comes out with an attitude very unfriendly and unprofessional. I refused to argue with her and just left. For over than 20$ you get four very tiny cookies, the brownie is slightly bigger than a quarter and a very cheap customer service. I will stick to my holy grail and never go back there again!

First time purchasing from Crumbl. Store is very clean, took me a few minutes to figure out how to order (was not greeted and finally watched a person that came in after me ordering on the kiosk). Didn't take long for my cookies to be boxed, the young lady showed us the cookies before closing the boxes, they looked great!
Over the next few days I tried them a little at a time (very sweet!). I noticed that one chocolate chip cookie had a sprinkle of salt and the other did not (still not sure why, don't remember that option when ordering). I also noticed ALL the cookies were not fully cooked (centers where doughy). Again not sure if I missed something when ordering (don't remember that option on the kiosk).
Overall - very expensive, very sweet, not fully cooked (I know some people like doughy cookies) and inconsistency between the same cookies.
