I love Culver's cod fish sandwich and fries and ice tea. Several times l get their fried shrimp lunch menu. Many people l talk to did not know that you actually had Seafood. I alert them to that fact. Very well cooked and delicious. Also taking some friends over for them to try your delicious onion rings. Always great service and you may have a wait in drive through the whole meal is prepared, but it is well worth it, Everytime.

Just want everyone to know CULVER'S does not value it's customers didn't feel worthy enough to reward us by participating in national hamburger day. I wouldn't recommend getting fries not worth what you pay for them.

First time going to this Culver's location and it did not disappoint. Food was delicious; We had ordered Butter Burger and Atlantic Cod sandwiches with the basket combo (fries+soda). Everything was well cooked, very delicious. We also got a concrete mixer and a pint of ice cream to go as well. You can never can go wrong with their custard here! 🍦 Service wise, all employees were nice. Did take a while to get our food at one point, but we pictured it was busy in the drive-thru. For this experience we had dined in. The place was clean, well lit, and lots of spots for customers. Overall a good place to eat or to grab and go. We'll be back for sure!

Even though I was unable to get shrimp after two tries, I still love Culver's. I'm just not going to get it at the Winter Garden location.
Due to recent events, I feel it necessary to reduce my five star rating of the Winter Garden Culver's. Yesterday we placed an online dinner order for five adults and two small children - shrimp, two burgers, fries, chicken tenders, family orders of cheese curds and onion rings. When the order arrived at home, I asked where my six shrimp were. They were on the receipt, and paid for, but they were missing. I ate one chicken tenders; it was dry and boring. I figured that I would go back to the store in the morning and pick up my shrimp. My intent this morning was to get the missing shrimp, and order another $40 gift card (in addition to the two I already purchased as Christmas presents for my wife). Apparently the Winter Garden Culver's policy is that I should have called last night or come back last night; nothing could be done about the missing shrimp today. So for lack of receiving my paid-for six shrimp, another gift card was not purchased. Generally my wife and I go to this Culver's at least once a week. My visits will be less frequent in the future. For the price of not providing six shrimp when asked, Culver's is losing hundreds of dollars of my business. New rating is three stars (nothing wrong with the food).

Best guess is that I've eaten there over 100 times times since then. My favorites are: fish sandwich (walleye during lent), cheese curds, shrimp, double cheeseburger (not quite enough meat on the single), custard (especially mint with any chocolate). Parking: There was plenty of parking around the lot. Some of the spots are reserved for temporary drive-thru pickup when they are preparing your food, but that was only a small portion of the total available spots.

This was a good location, the staff and service were excellent and the facilities were clean. The only downside was they seemed to have changed the cheese curd recipe since the last time we came and they just weren’t as good (a lot more breading than cheese). The sandwiches were great though.
