Even though I was unable to get shrimp after two tries, I still love Culver's. I'm just not going to get it at the Winter Garden location.
Due to recent events, I feel it necessary to reduce my five star rating of the Winter Garden Culver's. Yesterday we placed an online dinner order for five adults and two small children - shrimp, two burgers, fries, chicken tenders, family orders of cheese curds and onion rings. When the order arrived at home, I asked where my six shrimp were. They were on the receipt, and paid for, but they were missing. I ate one chicken tenders; it was dry and boring. I figured that I would go back to the store in the morning and pick up my shrimp. My intent this morning was to get the missing shrimp, and order another $40 gift card (in addition to the two I already purchased as Christmas presents for my wife). Apparently the Winter Garden Culver's policy is that I should have called last night or come back last night; nothing could be done about the missing shrimp today. So for lack of receiving my paid-for six shrimp, another gift card was not purchased. Generally my wife and I go to this Culver's at least once a week. My visits will be less frequent in the future. For the price of not providing six shrimp when asked, Culver's is losing hundreds of dollars of my business. New rating is three stars (nothing wrong with the food).
Culver's is one of my favorite places to eat lunch. It looks like I first reviewed five years ago. I remember first going there within the first couple of days they opened. Best guess is that I've eaten there over 100 times times since then. My favorites are: fish sandwich (walleye during lent), cheese curds, shrimp, double cheeseburger (not quite enough meat on the single), custard (especially mint with any chocolate). Parking: There was plenty of parking around the lot. Some of the spots are reserved for temporary drive-thru pickup when they are preparing your food, but that was only a small portion of the total available spots.

This was a good location, the staff and service were excellent and the facilities were clean. The only downside was they seemed to have changed the cheese curd recipe since the last time we came and they just weren’t as good (a lot more breading than cheese). The sandwiches were great though.

I recently visited Culver’s in Winter Garden and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The restaurant looked clean and well-maintained, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. But the highlight of my visit was definitely the chocolate shake with Oreo cookies. It was simply awesome! The shake was rich, creamy, and perfectly blended with generous chunks of Oreo cookies, making every sip and scoop a delightful treat. If you’re a fan of chocolate shakes and Oreos, this is a must-try! Overall, Culver’s in Winter Garden exceeded my expectations with their excellent service and delicious treats. I can’t wait to go back and try more items from their menu!

Love Culver’s but not this location. They consistently get orders wrong. Fries are undercooked, always get the wrong food. Spoke with the manager (I think his name is Darnell). Rude guy who didn’t even want to know what the issue was. Only wanted my email which he couldn’t even get right after repeating it 5 times so he could email me a coupon and then he just hung up without so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Whoever owns this location, please know I don’t need free food. I need my order to be done right the first time. $37.00 down the tubes. NEVER going back to this location again. Worst Culver’s ever!
