I love Culver's, but I've been to this location twice, and for some reason the burgers are never cooked properly. The first time, they were overcooked and dry. The second time, my burger was undercooked. I don't know how I feel eating a medium rare burger from a fast food place, so I ended up eating the edges only. My wife's fried chicken sandwich was overcooked both times too. Maybe they have newer staff in the back, but at least the fries and onion rings were good.

Once again, I stopped at my favorite restaurant, Culver’s In Winter Garden, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Christian. His customer service was very impressive, Christian asked me what can I help you. I told him I’m just looking for a small vanilla ice cream with hot fudge. As I was pulling out my debit card to pay, he said to me, 👀 look sir I have a left over coupon for a kids free small cup. Wow 😮 I was so impressed with his generosity because I typically the person that’s is always paying it forward for many others. I truly appreciated his kind gesture of service today as always our family also goes to our local Culver’s because of people like yourself.

I went through the drive-thru today, and when I got home, I realized they forgot to give me one of the chicken sandwiches I ordered. It’s not about the money — it’s just really frustrating to expect a full meal, only to find it incomplete. Then I either have to go find food elsewhere or consider driving all the way back. Please be more careful when handing out drive-thru orders.

It's always a pleasure visiting Culvers in Winter Garden. Staff is friendly and food is always delicious and prepared correctly.
I don't like fast food, Culver's is the better one when compared to the others like McDonald's or Wendy's
