I have been living in the area since 99...so I have been eating at this location (Winter Garden) since you opened in 2016! Food is always hot and on point! You are my burger place to go! Service is great and everything always seems to work on point! Thank you and please, please...don't change!

I love Culver's, but I've been to this location twice, and for some reason the burgers are never cooked properly. The first time, they were overcooked and dry. The second time, my burger was undercooked. I don't know how I feel eating a medium rare burger from a fast food place, so I ended up eating the edges only. My wife's fried chicken sandwich was overcooked both times too. Maybe they have newer staff in the back, but at least the fries and onion rings...

Once again, I stopped at my favorite restaurant, Culver’s In Winter Garden, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Christian. His customer service was very impressive, Christian asked me what can I help you.
I told him I’m just looking for a small vanilla ice cream with hot fudge.
As I was pulling out my debit card to pay, he said to me, 👀 look sir I have a left over coupon for a kids free small cup.
Wow 😮 I was so impressed with his generosity...
