Domino's Pizza

Kye was very courteous and patient over the phone while ordering pizzas and was careful to make sure everything from the pizzas to pickup time was correct. Thank you Kye!

I visited on Nov. 24, 2025. When I walked in there were a few african american workers that had a ton of orders. They were swamped and still greeted me. While I was sitting at a booth waiting for my order, they assured me it was coming. They were welcoming, so respectful and overall just good people. I'm honestly hoping this reaches the manager so they increase their wages or just recognize what great workers they have. I don't normally think much of my experiences at a fast food restaurant, but this honestly made me feel appreciation for these workers.

Lets be real. Pretty much all pizza in Winter Garden is pretty bad. This is our go to. We love their pizza and stuffed cheesy bread! Not going to lie that the garlic seasoning on the crust is amazing. I wish you sold that stuff! Thanks for always doing an amazing job.

Update: I just got my pizza, the driver was so sweet - the worker/manager at the store not so much.

Honestly, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They took 30 minutes to deliver my order and then it was the wrong order, the only reason we figured it out is because I got the the driver’s attention before he left. I was really nice. I told him that it didn’t matter, and that I just want my correct order. It’s been over 30 minutes again, so a total of an hour and I have not received my pizza. I called the store initially and they said that the driver left the store, so it should be there soon, well, I literally live two minutes away. I waited 15 minutes and then I called back and basically they were no help at all. I said at this point like can I just pick it up in the store or what? The guy basically said I don’t know what you want me to do. He literally left the store with your order. So now not only have I wasted my time, I have no pizza and I am hungry. This is my go-to dominos and i’m really disappointed because I really just wanted pizza.

Patrick, who is a driver, cussing at kids when he thinks he is not getting a tip. David, the manager, doesn't care about his customers nor his establishment. They send out burnt pizza & burnt sandwiches with no sauce. No icing for the cinnamon twists. No respect at all. Please do yourself a favor & go to the Hamlin domino's.

We were hungry after the Shakira concert and we couldn't place an online order because it was close to closing time. I called and he took our order over the phone. He waited for us passing closing time. He was nice and said he didnt want us to be hungry at night.

If you see this guy at the store, walk away for your own safety.
Confronted me outside the store with the intent to physically harm me after he canceled my large order (15 pies and some other sides).
He Didn't want to provide his name (reason I took the picture) or the GM.
I have placed a report with Headquarters and soon will be doing the same w. Dbpr
Customer of several years and this behavior is dangerous to our area

Today, January 1st, we arrived at 10 at night with some friends, in total there were 10 people and the staff took incredible care of us, they were friendly, attentive and they arranged everything for us to be comfortable. We loved the Service.
