I recently changed my rating from 5 stars to now 3 stars. I redeemed my points for a large black tea with almond milk and what I got was a hibiscus tea. I even checked my online order and the label, both say black, but the tea bags are hibiscus. I normally wouldn't make and so much but I'm on some meds that interact badly with hibiscus. So I urge the workers there to be more mindful of the teas they make when fulfilling orders, whether online or in the drive through. Their hibiscus tea is a little dark like black tea so I can see the mix up. I drove away after my order and came home and realized the blunder after I drank a sip. So I gave it to my teen daughter instead.

I did an online order for the first time at this location and was about 5 minutes early, so had to ask about my order as I didn’t know pick up procedure. Dark haired female (who appeared to be the supervisor) was annoyed and told me curtly “you are early”. She seemed angry at the world and at her job. So, why is she working at Dunkin Donuts?

Went to this location around 4:00 pm and was placing order inside and the cashier seemed like she didn't want to work, additude was poor. I did proceeded with the order anyway because my kids were with me and they really wanted the donuts but atmosphere was really un-welcoming. Go to another location.

Bad enough its really slow, they don't always have what is on the menu, rude customer service but when i know 2 people personally that has went here looking for a job o yea were hiring heres an application they do the application and what a convenience to call and follow up on an application and the so call manager conveniently is on vacation. What swmse is it to make someone think they have an employment opportunity then waste everybodies time. Don't know why they opened this location to begin with

Go here almost everyday and had the worst experience today. Show up to pick my mobile order and the girl working (dark hair, glasses) ignores me until she finally deems she wants to help a customer. Tells me she doesn’t have my mobile order and there’s nothing she can do. Goes “I don’t have it and there’s nothing I can do”. I order the same thing from the same location at least twice a week. Never had an issue until now. Horrible customer service and I can’t even get a refund. Insane. When you go in, get help from someone other than that young girl. Beyond rude.

Since T left this place went down hill! Last three times I’ve came here the ice coffee isn’t made correct. Girl and guy working was rude and seemed to he miserable! I come in the early morning and get my coffee made right. Avoid this place in the evenings.

Staff seem to hate their jobs and always seem to have attitude. Location always seems to be out of stuff or never have it. I always get a chai tea and a chocolate, glazed doughnut. They never seem to have it.
The experience at this location will be greatly impacted by what direction you are traveling on Colonial Drive. If you approach from the west, traveling east, getting in is easy and getting out can generally be accomplished. If traveling towards the west, you'd be better off somewhere else! Getting back west demands a uturn on a road that can only be described as torture. No back entrance or exit.The service is very good, but it gets very busy between 7am & 9am, with a drive-thru line that wraps around the building.
