Placed mobile order. Waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line when there were only about 6 or so cars in front of me…. Slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to by far.

This place is awful. The customer service is consistently poor, the employees are rude, and the food is subpar. I pulled into the drive-thru this morning and wasn’t even greeted—just told there was no hot food available, but I could order donuts and drinks. I drove off immediately. On my very first visit, I was served avocado toast with bugs on the bread. The health department seriously needs to investigate this location.

I have never experienced ruder staff in my life, and orders take an absurdly long time. I went to pick up a mobile order and after waiting forever in the drive thru, needed to walk inside to pick up my food, or else be late for work. I was then told that “everyone else is also busy so I don’t just get to walk in” in the rudest tone. I was then interrupted twice while trying to apologize. Mind you, my order was made and setting on the counter in front of us. All it needed was to be handed to me. And there were employees standing there not doing anything during this entire interaction. They don’t wear name tags either, so no way to report them to manager or corporate. I left the store in tears.

This is by far one of the worst Dunkins I have ever been to. The coffee tasted like they had watered it down to the point it couldnt even be considered coffee and the bacon, egg, cheese english muffin was completely cold. The worst was the staff. We asked them to remake the sandwich and the coffee and they told us the hot sandwich was “supposed to be cold” and “thats how they always come”. When we demanded a refund cause I’m not about to be gaslit about a sandwich I’ve ordered dozens of times, they threw a big fit and acted like we were trying to steal the food by not having given it back despite the employee literally telling us they couldnt take anything back and we would have to find a trash can. The worst experience. Go to the starbucks across the street, theyre much nicer and our entire order was cheaper. Not to mention they didnt make us wait 10 minutes for cold food.

This store constantly has a long wait and rude shift leaders/management. I’ve lived over in this area for 2 years and they’ve had these issues the entire time I’ve lived here. For the volume this store does their District Manager should be giving it some serious help. Go to the two Starbucks less than a quarter mile from here and save yourself the frustration.
Lashonda and Miguel are the best workers this place has ever had. The best people to ever grace this earth, AMAZING SERVICE, 10/10 experience, incredible customer service, they truly care about their customers. AMAZING WORKERS
For the most part my several visits were 5. Only 1 time i ordered 4 different refreshers, and was given all the same flavor. Guy was so confused. But the girl working fixed 2 of them. I just waved the white flag and went on my way.
Poor service. After ordering we waited for 3 people who had ordered after us to be served. The cappuccino is just coffee and milk mixed in a blender. Have they ever taught you how to make a cappuccino?
The munkins were so bad and dry and the coffee was white only a little brown
Completely ignored the drive thru for over 10 minutes. This is completely outrageous. They weren’t even busy. Last time I ever come here.

Oh, the customer service here is just absolutely flawless. The staff? They've got impeccable training—you’d think they graduated with honors in rudeness and indifference. Name tags? Who needs those? No receipts either—because remembering what you bought is just overrated. And a “Have a nice day” is clearly too much effort. The card machine? A masterpiece of modern art—permanently broken, so cash only, because why not make life more interesting?
This place is obviously a shining beacon of excellence—so much so that I can't wait to report it to corporate. Honestly, this facility is just a jewel that must stay open—it’s essential for the area’s vibrancy. Better yet, it should stay open forever, preferably as a monument to customer service chaos.

This place is definitely under new management! I've been through here before and never had the kind of service that I had now. The order came out quick and even though the drive-thru was a little backed up it wasn't that bad. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and I will definitely be going back on a regular basis!
