The worst Dunkin' in America right here! Stuck in drive thru line for 10 mins. No one taking orders, had to wait for each angry customer in line in front of me to leave before I could escape. Avoid at all costs!!!

Unfortunately it's very difficult to order from the drive thru at this location due to increased wait times to take orders (even when no one else is in line). I have had to drive away from this location due to unresponsiveness at the call box on more than one occasion.

This location (store no. 4012) is never properly staffed. The black woman with dyed red hair working is extremely rude, cuts you off mid sentence asking if thats all. She also proceeded to roll her eyes at me when I told her that she only gave me 3/5 munchkins that I ordered. Finally after receiving my food and paying I told her to have a nice day and she ignored me and proceeded to walk away. I have been to this location 2 other times and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but it appears that she is just a terrible human being and should not work in the service industry.

i got a ice chai latte and the whole thing is just milk and i didn't even get cold foam in my drink i really think all those employees need to get retrained they have no idea what they're doing.

Just like the MANY reviews, this HORRIFIC experience is based on the absolutely terrible, bad attitude customer service. The woman working was extremely rude, dismissive, and overall should not be dealing with the public. I understand if the line is slow, I understand when places run out of product. What I cannot understand is people who are just mean and rude for no reason. She refused to provide me with her name or a receipt so I cannot tell you her name. She also explained that this location “didn’t have a manager” so no one I could speak to. I will never return and can only hope others follow and this place gets shut down.

It was four white people in front of me in line and we ALL waited over thirty mins for service. Everyone in front of me was offered my kind and donuts for free for the wait but I got overcharged twice for cream cheese. If you're going to favor ppl because of their color at least be decriet about it. I hated my experience today.

The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. Forget trying to bring it up to the Manager, Tabitha. She is SO rude. No wonder why her staff is rude, she leads people that way. FIND ANOTHER DUNKIN! Thank Goodness they have a nice cashier, because the rest of the staff handling the order including Tabitha hates their jobs!

Consistent. Consistent. Consistent. For a solid year and change now, I've been coming here (almost) daily. I order the same thing: A large iced caramel macchiato with extra ice and a shot of regular espresso on the side. My drink is practically perfection every time. The staff is very friendly and has taken the time to get to know myself and my family. They address us by first name and always make sure our order is correct. On the rare occasion there's an issue, they are happy to remedy it. Props to Tabitha and her team!

The customer service here is atrocious. I've given them several opportunities to change my mind and legit every one of the handful of times I've came to this location, it has been worse than the time before. Do better and fix the tudes, Dunkin'. The last way anyone wants to start their day is with your nasty negativity.

I order through Uber eats because my car broke down and it's hard to even get food right now and I called to ask them why my order keeps canceling and they said that they just don't want to make it and proceeded to hang up. It's a shame that now I'm going to have to walk. All I have to say is there's another Dunkin' in the Walmart at Hamlin and Dunkin' over by gators dockside I sure as hell won't ever come back to this one and I hope the owner looses his franchise.

I wish I can give no stars. This is the worst Dunkin location I have ever been to. Service is always slow and employees are beyond rude. Today was the worst. I was with my five kids ordering at the drive through - they got our order wrong so I went back for a correction. The girl who took the order started yelling that she gave us what we ordered. When I tried to explain and showed her the receipt she started shouting expletives and walked away. Then another employee came and started yelling at us. When we asked for the manager, the manager was just as rude and unapologetic. No apologies were offered by anyone at Dunkin during the whole exchange and no acknowledgement of their mistake was ever made. The worst part was when the girl who took the order came back and shouted the F word to us so loud that all my kids heard it. We are completely shocked and disgusted. This location should be shut down.

I just sat at the drive-through for five minutes and nobody took my order I pulled up to the window to make sure everybody was OK and found several guests calling for an attendant inside the store looking around to see you where the employees went
