I genuinely don’t know what happened to this Dunkin but:
1) it takes forever to get served
2) they never have ANY staff, yesterday 1 person on a busy Saturday up front
3) the staff look like they no longer care, they are always stressed out

These employees deserve be recognized, thy are the most hardworking professional people I have ever seen experienced. They’ve treated me with the upmost respect. It truly makes me want to start shopping at Walmart over and over again. The cleanliness and the respect is what keeps coming back. The food and the drinks are never disappointing.

Yesterday I had a bad experience with two associates working at that location they had a very very bad temper with customer they don’t have a good manner to ask customer to leave they just told us that we are in their way that we have to leave it was about 6;30 pm they told us that they have to close when they close at 8:00pm one of the girls name is Niya the other lady didn’t want to give her name

Orders take a long time to come out and, in my experience, have roughly a 50% shot at being accurate. The employees try, but more leadership and organization are needed to help this location be better.

The employees here are amazing. They work so hard. The other day I overheard a customer being nasty while the workers were busting their butts trying to get orders out as quick as possible and they always do a great job but people are so impatient. They made my bacon egg and cheese on a bagel very well and left me very satisfied.

First time ordering here. Over heard my order for my watermelon and raspberry refresher was being made without the watermelon due to no more in the inventory. I was never told this directly white lady in the back try to make it taste good with some modifications. I had my friend try it and she didn’t like it. The white lady working back there gave me a huge issue when I asked for a refund so I suggested an alternative. Funny thing is she made it seemed like I was stupid. But I didn’t want to bring up anything I just wanted a refund or alternative. But hey I’m not coming to this location ever again. 3/8/25 7pm

Today, 01/23, the women in the afternoon made a mistake in our order. They got upset. They told us that we had taken another order. We explained it to them and they got upset. They treated us very badly and gave us a terrible coffee and treated us very badly.

I feel like Everytime I walk into this Dunkin I’m greeted by bugs. Saw some fruit flies flying around the donuts, yet they were still being served. The manager always looks bothered and not wanting to be there but I get it..you work at Dunkin in a Walmart. Also find it unprofessional as a manager to be gossiping about your employees, when customers are sitting in lobby, most of them are teenagers. Grow up you look like you’re in your 50s. This location needs a deep clean and a whole restructure.

Save your money and walk the extra steps and go to the Starbucks in the same plaza.
