Orders take a long time to come out and, in my experience, have roughly a 50% shot at being accurate. The employees try, but more leadership and organization are needed to help this location be better.
The employees here are amazing. They work so hard. The other day I overheard a customer being nasty while the workers were busting their butts trying to get orders out as quick as possible and they always do a great job but people are so impatient. They made my bacon egg and cheese on a bagel very well and left me very satisfied.
Quin is truly amazing and helped me with the extra bonus coconut milk, I appreciated this extra service and attention, always with a positive smile. Truly a hardworking ? employee, deserves a huge praise ?.
