Totally blew me away with the quality and savory flavor of the pizza, the meatballs/sausage, and especially the cheesy bread!! When the owner told us he was the 3rd generation “pizza man”, his pizza definitely reflected generations of perfecting the pie - we’ll definitely be back!!!

The lady who checked me out was really nice. The food is well, not great. Meatball sub tasted terrible along with the sauce. I've had many different meatball subs, including making my own. I'm not even sure what meat it was. Definitely no beef in it. The crazy bread was doughy. I'm not slamming the business. It just wasn't good.

Very bad baking. Bottom of pizza was completely burned (black coal) could never eat as the taste was just black carbon. Thrown into garbage.

FINALLY PIZZA A NORTHERNER CAN ENJOY. If you’ve been looking for some good pizza but have been coming up short, look no further than Fire & Knife. The owner is from Jersey, and that’s all I need to say :) I ordered carry out from about 15 minutes away and it held up perfectly in the car. I will be coming back here for pizza and going nowhere else. I also tried the chicken parm sub and the cheesesteak sub and they were decent supplements to the pizza, but I can’t say enough about how much better this pizza is than all the competition around. Thank you!

This place had been the go-to for pizza around here. Lately, I'm not sure when they are open or closed, sometimes you show up, and they are closed during business hours. Tonight, the lady running the counter was very rude and short with me. What happened to the lovely couple that ran this business when I first started coming here.

This was the best pizza I’ve had since moving to Florida 12years ago! I even had to buy the sauce to take home to make spaghetti 🍝 later because it was that amazing!! My daughter had a Philly and we shared the crazy breads! Portions were huge and every bite was delicious 🤤 We will definitely be back!

3rd time ordering the Italian Sub - Very Good!Just tried the Beet and Goat Cheese Salad today, which is Excellent!

I went to fire and knife yesterday. It is family owned. They greet you when you walk in. The place is very clean. The entire family is extremely friendly and very authentic. Most of all, the pizza is great and the service is outstanding. It is the best pizza that I have had in this area. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great pizza. I ended up in the shopping center because I needed paint. And I realized it was lunch time and saw this place! I hadn't heard of it before and I am so happy I walked inside. I ordered a calzone and the crazy bread took it home with no expectations and was absolutely surprised !!The calzone was so big. I'll be getting it for 3 days!! On top of that, the service was fantastic. Everything was in sync and the team could not have been more personable! I will be back and I look forward to it
