Love the sandwich, not the price (or the smoke).

That warm Spicy Italian hits like a weighted blanket. Bread’s soft, heat’s just right, and it always makes me feel better about skipping whatever I was supposed to cook at home.

BUT… it’s giving price over value. 💲💲

Just walking in and being greeted by the staff made it a happy environment to be in. The staff had a lot of customers but still made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner! Everyone loves firehouse subs!!! The food tasted just perfect and I will definitely come back to this firehouse sub! Go team!!!! Shoutout to the manager Steven for always being so kind and nice!

I’ve been here multiple times but this latest time was the best as the vegetarian sub was the tastiest I’ve ever had here. I actually thanked the person who made it since good service often goes unspoken. With so many food establishments charging more and lowering quality, this Firehouse is thankfully bucking that trend.

UPDATE on my case was that the manager of this location reached out with an offer for a free sub to comp my awful experience. Surely enough I beloved him. I gave it a week before I’d be calling him again to ask why I still haven’t received my bonus sub. He said it’s because it had to be entered in the system by a supervisor. I gave it another week and HERE WE ARE. No bonus sub no good apology followed by any explanation at all what took so long. I can tell everyone works REALLY efficiently at this location.

I’ve scheduled an online order yesterday for 7 pm. Got there at 7:08. It wasn’t in the pick up station, so I just wanted to check on it. No explanation was given to me, no apology for the delay. The nice gentleman at the register was trying to help but it looked like he was still in training. The girl who was doing the subs tried to help over the shoulder, however was very cranky and said my order wasn’t ready still. The young guy was just walking around paying no interest to what was going on. I had an online reward for a brownie which seemed to be an issue. Per young lady it was only possible to redeem the reward online which is ridiculous and untrue. After scanning my reward my points were taken which meant it did go through. The sandwich came out at 7:30 and there was a huge mixup with the orders. I saw tickets being printed for orders scheduled for 8 pm pick up. As for my order , which arrived super late with no apology nor explanation yet again, the bread was cold, there was no onion and the whole mass was just falling apart. The point of this review is to bring awareness to the management as obviously this needs to be fixed. Thank you, older gentleman for my brownie :)

I came in for the first time ever to a Firehouse Subs today, and it was great! The service as soon as I came in was top notch, everyone was willing to help me. I mentioned it was my first time and they jumped at the opportunity to assist me with any questions and went above and beyond to suggest some amazing options. I ended up going with the Captain's Club and it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be back as soon as possible! McKayla was super kind to me at the register, explained all of my options and was very helpful! Lisa suggested the Captain's Club and was very friendly and helpful, also made an amazing sandwich! Steven was extra nice and even checked in on me as I was eating, making sure I was enjoying my meal! You usually never get that type of service at fast food and sandwich restaurants. The Guest Service provided was the biggest impact for me and I was beyond happy with my experience here. Thank you!
