The best Firehouse location! I've eaten at at least 20 different Firehouse subs in numerous States and this is my favorite. Very nice staff and they carefully craft the sandwichs. Seems like mainly adults working there each time I've visited and its obvious they care about the job.

Great hot subs. Word of warning to gluten free friends: GF buns have not been available at this location for the last few weeks (Aug 2024.)

I went inside to pick up my to go order and as I approached the pick up counter.I was looking at the names and saw my name and I picked it up and had my phone out to show her my receipt. the cashier shouts out “what are you looking for”. I told her my name and showed my phone. “I don’t see that name on the order she proceeded“ I told her mam it’s the email and the order on the bottom. I am also upset how badly these subs were made. I’m sticking to Daniels Winter Garden. it’s the tone she used and no hello or welcome in.was completely rude and no help! Where are her manners? Do better!

We ordered 5 build your own subs from this location for pickup while on vacation. 3 of the 5 subs were wrong by missing ingredients and not having the ingredients that were ordered. For $88, I expect better. Bread was very soggy. Cookies were as dry as the Sahara. We'll opt for a different location next time. I highly recommend visiting a different location. Do better....

Did not even get a chance to eat here. What’s the point of closing at 11 pm if you all are going to shut everything down prior to 10:30. Just got off the road from Virginia and checked into hotel intending to get dinner for my family of five. Way to lose business. Good job guys

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread. I bring my own honey mustard. Don't eat here if you have Celiac bc there could be cross-contamination. I have a condition where I need to limit gluten but I'm not allergic.

As one of Firehouse Subs' biggest customers over the years, my recent experiences at the Flamingo Crossing location was disappointing. My BBQ Cuban contained what appeared to be large blood vessels and an unidentified tubular structure.The response from both corporate support and the store owner lacked empathy regarding this issue. Despite seeing a photo, the owner insisted it was simply fat and safe to eat, refusing to acknowledge how unappetizing it was. (I've chosen to withhold the photo due to its graphic nature).Additionally, I encountered an employee smoking extensively in the outdoor seating area, which was unpleasant. On a separate visit, I also had to wait a full minute at the order counter before the cashier acknowledged my presence, seemingly focused on their phone.Given these issues, I feel it's important to share my experience, as customer care seems to be a concern at this location.

Dietary restrictions: Complete disregard for severe allergies. I am Celiac and they made my sub on the table with all the other subs and used the same knives and gloves. No understanding of how to manage an allergy.
Kid-friendliness: They are not allowed any toppings, we were charged foe everything.

Just went in to get a sandwich and had the most disgusting customer care I have ever had. If you allow this kind of person on the front that just says how awful the rest of the place is. It was today 2/8/24 at 12:20 pm. Just so you know.
