The food was amazing! However, it would be helpful if staff could announce when orders are ready or have a screen displaying completed orders. Additionally, the pick-up window placement could be improved—currently, the food is exposed to customers passing by, which isn’t ideal. To enhance hygiene, consider keeping the food covered, placing it elsewhere, or delivering it directly to the table for dine-in customers. Many people were walking up and inspecting the food, thinking it was theirs.

We came late in the evening after a competition and the staff seemed ready to call it a night. It took an exceedingly long time to get our food.
