Foxtail Coffee Co. - West Winter Garden

After leaving Dunkin in Clermont very unhappy, we drove over to Foxtail West Winter Garden. Dani helped us with a big smile on her face, helped me choose what type of drink to have. We sat with the cool vibe music playing as we waited for my freshly brewed order to be ready. My only question was, why don’t I come here more often.

Not a great location… they don't listen to a simple order there’s always something wrong and it seems to be every time. Just annoying.

Found this location coffee place conveniently located just off the turnpike. It offers a welcoming atmosphere that is peaceful for work. Something that they need to improve is on service: they saw that I was quiet busy on a call and couldn't pick my coffee from the counter, and yet they let it stand there for a long time. They could have also offered to reheat it but when I finally picked it up nothing was said.

Foxtail Coffee is one of my favorite coffee stops—always a treat! I got my caffeine fix here and absolutely loved it. Their coffee is rich and flavorful, and the shop itself has such a cozy, welcoming vibe. It’s the kind of place you want to hang out in, whether you’re working, catching up with friends, or just enjoying some quiet time.

Their seasonal drinks are a fun twist too, and the pastries pair perfectly with the coffee. Friendly staff and quick service make it even better. Definitely a go-to for great coffee and good vibes!

no reason why there should only be one person working during the afternoon. poor scheduling management. your worker looked stressed. there was two people waiting in line and one person waiting in drive thru while she had to make 6 drinks before even taking anyone else’s order. not her fault at all completely on management. do better. every foxtail I’ve been to at this hour has had two workers, so what’s ur excuse ? treat ur workers better lollll.

My wife & I come to this location nearly every Saturday for ice cream & cappuccino despite the unwelcoming & rude server who is totally disrespectful to my wife every time we visit. Today, 11/23 at noon, will be the last time coming to this store because of her. Poor customer service will do that!!
