no reason why there should only be one person working during the afternoon. poor scheduling management. your worker looked stressed. there was two people waiting in line and one person waiting in drive thru while she had to make 6 drinks before even taking anyone else’s order. not her fault at all completely on management. do better. every foxtail I’ve been to at this hour has had two workers, so what’s ur excuse ? treat ur workers better lollll.

My wife & I come to this location nearly every Saturday for ice cream & cappuccino despite the unwelcoming & rude server who is totally disrespectful to my wife every time we visit. Today, 11/23 at noon, will be the last time coming to this store because of her. Poor customer service will do that!!

I went to the drive thru to order a French press coffee, the girl over the speaker was very short and unfriendly when I asked questions about which they had available. I waited a while for the coffee, but once I received it it was full of grounds. I went into the store to show her and she had a very nasty attitude and told me that was how it was supposed to be with French press. Obviously it’s not. This girl was the one with the blue hair & facial piercings, I didn’t get a name.

Phenomenal service from the barista, Dani. Very knowledgeable, made for a genuine high-end coffee experience.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. Their coffee is so so. I love their breakfast. The wait takes so long whether you walk in, use the app or do drive through because they only ever have one person behind the counter. If that's not true- I've never seen otherwise myself. But the place is clean and it's a nice coffee shop to work in if you are into that because it's very quiet unlike a Starbucks for example.

Foxtail Coffee Co. has really stepped up their game! I remember going to a variety of different locations a few years ago and while I thought the drinks were good, they were not “excellent”. I always preferred some of the local coffee shops scattered between Downtown, Winter Park, Oakland, Mills/50, etc. - recently we’ve really noticed Foxtail doing much better stuff! Like this most recent visit I got an iced coconut & rose latte and it was actually awesome!! Foxtail is a great option for people looking for a quick drink between Clermont and Winter Garden (because yes, this is also a drive-through), and I definitely recommend it! Be sure to try their seasonal drinks, any of their unique iced tea combinations, and always remember a lot of Foxtail locations have Kelly’s Ice Cream as well…so you have ice cream there too!!

Dylan made me the most delicious latte! I grabbed sugar packets but realized I didn’t even need it. I usually go to the Downtown Winter Garden location but this was my first time here and I enjoyed it.
