The two guys working last night were awesome. We went in to get something my two year old would eat and one of the employees played rock, paper, scissors with my daughter, and she "won" a soft serve ice cream. That plus the delicious dog led to us going back for more.

Great "hole in the wall" hotdogs 🌭 joint. Homemade chili and fries. Their chili/cheese dog is great. Not shy on the toppings, either. It's about $10-$15 pp and very worth it. Also, Aiden was very knowledgeable with great customer service. You can also get ice cream there.

Chicken nuggets were dry and hot dog was cold in middle and mushy and fries were under done. There was also a girl in there that was friends with staff and was cursing around my three year old and newborn and staff was laughing. Food was terrible i through it all away in-front of them and they didn’t say anything. $35 wasted

I recently visited Harold’s Hotdogs, and I must say, the experience was top-notch from start to finish!

First off, the manager, Mikayla, was amazing. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. Her leadership was clearly reflected in the atmosphere of the restaurant—everything was running smoothly, and the service was exceptional. Mikayla even came over to check in with us during our meal to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear she genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and has a passion for what she does.

Now, I can’t forget to mention Tyler, one of the employees who went above and beyond. Not only was she super friendly, but she also made great recommendations from the menu. Her attention to detail was impressive, ensuring that every order was exactly right. You could tell she takes pride in her work, and it made a huge difference in our experience.

Overall, Harold’s Hotdogs has an incredible team with Mikayla and Tyler making every visit memorable. I highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed!

Very bad experience, good food but very bad service. On Saturday night, the girls play a lot with each other.

Hello, today at 12:30 I came in to get something to eat. I really like your hot dogs, they’re very tasty. However, the girl who took my order responded very aggressively because my English isn’t very good. I’m still learning and studying it, and I don’t fully understand a lot of words, but I’m trying. She just had to explain things a little longer to me. It was really unpleasant, but I still left a tip. Please be kind to everyone.

Popped in to Harrell's to grab a quick bite before meeting up with some friends in Downtown Winter Garden for a bit to eat.

It's a small place, and the ordering area is definitely cramped. I don't have a solution for the problem, but it is definitely not enough space for people to be able to leave easily of there is a line to order. Not the end of the world though, just worth noting.

The service was excellent. The ladies were kind and smiling. I apparently ordered something that must not be ordered often, because everything wasn't easily accessible and they had to get the blue cheese from the back. It maybe took 10 minutes to make my food and they kept apologizing for the wait.

The food. The fries were excellent. You get a massive portion for the price (my whole meal was $13 with tip) and they are seasoned nicely. Fresh cut, fried to order, yum.

The Buff Chick Dog was also really good. The breading on the chicken was crispy and flavorful, the buffalo blue sauce had a great flavor. The bun is the star of the show though. Don't skimp, get the brioche. Soft and fluffy, toasted beautifully. All around, delicious.

So yeah, check out Harrell's if you're in Downtown Winter Garden. I'll for sure be back.
