Was looking for a good breakfast/brunch and planes to go to the Int’l drive location but noticed there was near us in Winter Garden. Got there at around 12:45pm. We ordered the breakfast tacos, pancakes, waffles and the sage chicken Benedict. The food came out fast which was shocking, but after receiving it and tasting my meal, I felt the temperature was off. It wasn’t cold but definitely warm. The waffle was soft and not crispy which was also odd. I’m not sure if it was because we were dining in right before their closing time (2pm) but that really shouldn’t matter. The food should be hot regardless. It felt like my order was made and was sitting while they prepared the other meals (for our table) so everything came out together. It was odd regardless. For reference, I’ve been to the other location and few times and it was actually really good and the food was hot. This location is newer and hopefully will get better but this visit was underwhelming and the service was as well. The concept, food and service is usually great, but the latter two lacked this visit.

Food looked and tasted like it was all premade and just re-heated.

Food was absolutely amazing and you definitely get what you paid for! The only problem was the service. The server took 20 mins to get to our table just for drinks, got our order wrong 3 times and it was just a plain burger with bacon:( , and then waited until it was after close to come back to our table and when I asked for a campfire coffee to go she said they had already closed down the machine (it was only 3:07) which was devastating I just wanted a sweet treat before I left.
Either way, to recap, the food was delicious and fast the service just needs improvement.

We got in with a large party and were told the wait will be 35-40mins. We waited over an hour. We sat at the bar while we waited, the bartender never cleaned in front of where we were sitting and really seemed like he didn’t want to be there. The Cold Brew Dublin cream was terrible. Amber was our server and she did her thing. Food was good and portion sizes were big. We had the chicken Benedict, chicken and waffles, Nashville chicken sandwich(which was an open faced sandwich). Over all, other than the wait and the unfriendly bartender everything else was good.

Had the chicken and waffles. They were just OK. Not worth the hefty price though.

Very enjoyable, good food. Probably best for a brunch with some adult beverages. Big difference between special items and just normal dishes. Definitely go for the signature items if it is your first time.

We enjoyed the food but our service was too slow. Once we were seated it took at least 10 minutes for our server to stop by to get our drink orders. Then our food came out before our drinks because our server forgot to bring them. I understand sometimes things get busy but I was disappointed in the experience.

Stopped in for brunch before hitting the road after a fun filled weekend in Orlando! The building is beautiful with plenty of parking, however, they are quite busy so we opted to eat at the bar to avoid waiting 30 mins for a table. Hash House is very clean, nicely decorated and the staff I encountered was pleasant with the exception of the duty manager on Monday, 2/17/25 (I’ll explain a little later).
Our food was absolutely delicious and portion sizes are huge so bring your appetite! The food came out pretty quick so no complaints there! Our server, whose name escapes me was wonderful! She was kind and attentive!
Here’s where our dining experience went left and the reason I deducted 2 stars…. When I tried to pay my party of 4 $99 bill, the handheld card machine apparently was on another table’s bill but I didn’t notice until after I paid and received the electronic receipt to my phone. I immediately advised our server who stated she would have to get the manager. The manager apparently reversed the charge and sent the server back out to advise. He did not deem me worthy enough to come greet me and apologize for the inconvenience! When I requested a receipt for the payment reversal she once again engaged the manager. This time he came out and had this irritable look on his face. I explained to him what I needed and without offering any apologies he walked off and returned with a printed receipt for the voided charge. I asked if he would compensate me for my inconvenience and he had the audacity to ask “What inconvenience?” I was so appalled by his attitude and behavior but I decided to entertain his surly comment and explained again the circumstances leading to his engagement. He looked at me as if my request was absurd and flat out told me no. I decided not to entertain his lack of professionalism any longer. I paid the correct bill and left! He couldn’t even express gratitude for my honesty as the bill I paid was about $15 cheaper than mine! Needless to say he needs some additional training on customer facing situations and professional etiquette! I hate I didn’t get his name!!

Service was great! The hostesses and the waitress were really nice. We got seated right away (had a reservation). My Bloody Mary was really tomatoey. My food was bland... husband's chicken sandwich was supposed to be spicy - it was not. Overall just wasn't for us.
We were seated promptly with our reservation. Although we had communication errors with the server, the manager was very accommodating to correct the mishap of the misleading food picture and menu description and the delivery of cold coffee. Although we love pets, please seat them outside or separately from a large party. It was difficult for everyone to hear the conversations above the barking. We would definitely give them another try for higher stars. Kudos to the manager present.
Great breakfast on a Sunday morning. Our server was Rich and he was outstanding. Great sense of humor, made us feel like family, anticipated our needs and great service. Food is amazing - but ridiculously large portions so be prepared to share ?.
Have not been to one of these restaurants since 2014 in Las Vegas. Had the same yummy chicken and waffles. Was delicious and more than enough to share with someone else. Will definitely return soon!
