Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders

Went an hour prior to closing on Friday. Food came out super quick. Everything was delicious as usual! Buey Magoos never dissapoints when it comes to consistency. The guy taking orders was a bit distracted and we had to repeat the order a couple of times. But will give the benefit of the doubt that it was time to go home and he was tired. Everything else was just perfect!

Unfortunately the attendants of this Winter Garden unit sometimes aren’t friendly. Today “Annelise E” was in a bad mood not holding her expression of impatience with me cause i did not understood how the new promotion works. I would ever comeback again after today, i will only return in future because i like the food.

While the food is good just insane that you get so little sauce for your whole order and expect to pay more for it just to be enough sauce

Ate here twice in 1 week chicken tenders were juicy has the sweet and spicy yummy mm banana pudding was delicious everyone was nice manager was top teir professio al accommodating just a classy fast food joint ❤️

So good, my food disappeared no pictures to share. I highly recommend, it is indeed the filet mignon of chicken.

Completely ignored by management. I waited to be helped for at least 15 minutes while a manager stood right in front of me and never said a word! Meanwhile my order was sitting there getting cold the entire time. Unbelievably unprofessional and disappointing. They used to have good staff, not anymore. Not surprising after seeing whi is running the shift!

Today I ordered Uber eats from this Hamlin location, the driver had mistakenly forgot one of the bags which happen to contain 3 orders. From start to finish the Uber driver and the store manager were incredible. The Uber driver called and confirmed they had the bag, the driver insisted he go back (1 hour round trip) and get the missing bag. Not only did the manager re-make the orders, he had staff call me to tell me the driver picked it up. The manager Jose, is phenomenal. Both the Uber driver and manager took ownership of the mistake (was nobody’s fault, things happen). I really cannot get over how professional and kind everyone one was. Customer service is exceptional at this location.

Can't rate the atmosphere since we did take out. The flavors are very good and pronounced. Chicken was tender and tasty. The fries had some kind of seasoning and was also very good. We'll be back for more.

I was heading to the BBQ place next door and Magoos caught my eye as I've never been before. Ordering was easy. The wait was extremely long with no apology. The 5 piece tender meal and a drink that almost cost $15 was far from being the "filet of mignon" as advertised. Tiny Tiny tenders. Sub par flavor. Oh well win some lose some. I lost this one today.
