Excellent food really delicious Pizza and the Italian combo sandwich is out of this world.

Just driving through, decided to order some pizza and a calzone. Best decision ever!!! We will most certainly come back. Taste is amazing. You guys are all amazing.

Stopped by for a slice and was not disappointed. Regular no topping pizza, the slices were tasty and the dough was crispy. 2.75 a slice, glad I stopped by.
We ate here with four other friends for a friend’s birthday. The food is delicious. Fortunately they had to go menu so I can remember to come back here. It’s well worth the drive from Clermont to Wintergarden to eat here.
Exceptional authentic Italian food. Their customer service is out of this world! Their whole team is truly involved in the whole process. From taking the order, making the food and to the delivery you could truly feel the love and passion they have for the food and their customers.
Only giving this a rating because I was curious to try them out for the first time, but when I realized they charge you for cheese on an already selected cheese pizza I was not having that. Maybe it’s just on uber eats app but when you select cheese pizza you then select size of pie and then toppings. Toppings are required which I did not understand since what if I wanted just plain cheese, but that’s when I realized cheese was an option. So basically the initial $12 for a CHEESE pizza is just for pasta and dough, no thank you.

If your looking for that authentic Italian taste at a reasonable price this is the place to go......Great customer service coupled with a friendly dine-in atmosphere you definitely will not be disappointed.

Delicious, very friendly waitress. $22 for chicken, pasta, salad and garlic rolls. As someone from Miami, theres places that charge $25 just for the chicken lol. Really humble atmosphere but good fresh food

BEWARE they will up charge you and add extra gratuity on the bill. They will also leave the option for another tip. The lady there also tried to hide the receipt. I’ve ordered from here for 4 years, I will never eat here again.

Ordered my pizza and wings about at 9:05p from their website and received a receipt in an email. Called back at 9:20p to see if I could add to the order. I gave them the order number, and was told that the order had already left and should be there in a few minutes. At 9:53p the order still hadn’t arrived, so I called back inquiring about it, and was asked, “Who is this?” in a somewhat rude tone. After giving my name once again, they shuffled around and had to “switch computers”. At this point they asked me if I still wanted to add to the order, since it hadn’t gone out yet. I was rather aggravated, but being 9:57p and me starving, I went ahead with the original order since nothing else was open (I was almost certain that they would at least cut me a break on my $65 bill). At 10:24p he showed up at my door and said “It wasn’t your fault or my fault… It was our internet. When you order online, it screws everything up. You should’ve called us”. At that point I told them they should include that info on their site, since the first screen prompts you to order online. He took my card, and I told him I had already left a 20+ percent tip on the pre-order and he said, “Yeah. I see that”. He then proceeded to run my card for the entire $65 amount without batting an eyelash. I was somewhat baffled, and he could see it. He then told me to ask for him personally next time and he could hook me up with a discount. (I’m certain he could’ve given me a discount right then). He had the chance to make it right and keep a customer, and he chose not to. That business decision right there showed me the low integrity of the establishment. They’d rather have that $65 than my future business. And it’s a shame, because the food is good. After all of that, the order was missing a sauce that I paid extra for🙄🤬 I understand that mistakes happen, but it had been an hour and a half. To not even offer a break on the bill, yet happily accept my pre-given tip, and then make up an excuse about how it wasn’t their fault (if I received my receipt online, then their internet was working just fine)… I will never order from there again. Sorry Norberto. Not coming back without integrity in your customer service. You took my money and ran. So very disappointed.
