Jeremiah's Italian Ice

We stopped here for a treat with our kids. Unfortunately, while the ice was good as always, the staff was very rude. Service was definitely not the best. Even our younger kids felt unwelcome.

We had such a great experience with Irving at the peewee football game today! He was selling Jeremiah’s ice cream treats and made the whole interaction fun and enjoyable. His friendly attitude and welcoming smile instantly stood out and made us feel like valued customers.

Irving was not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely kind and personable. It’s rare to come across someone who makes a simple purchase so memorable. Thanks to him, we’ll definitely be looking for Jeremiah’s at future games and events!

They're have hands down the creamiest soft serve ice cream ever! I used to go to Jeremiah's in Winter Park all the time like 20 years ago, and hadn't been there since moving. I saw there was one in nearby Winter Garden and immediately went the very same day! The medium cone is ginormous!

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is the spot! They’ve got a ton of delicious flavors, from the creamy gelato to the fruity ices. Perfect for a sweet treat on a hot day. Always a good vibe, and it’s hard to leave without trying something new. Definitely worth the stop!

RUDE STAFF, I’ve been here multiple times and the staff time and time again is rude and unwelcoming. Ice cream is 10/10. here again rude again june 19th 9:40pm

I do frequently come to this location and I love their ice cream and ice a bunch. Naturally I would’ve given a 5 star because I love Jeremiah’s but I’m going to give it three right now due to my experience tonight. I pulled up to this location on 5/12 seven minutes before closing. My plan was to literally go in and be out in less then two-three minutes tops as their closing time is 10pm. I drove 20+minutes to get there after work and I was going in already knowing what I wanted… But as I went to get out of my car, the staff noticed me and the blonde staff member started jumping around appearing to be scrambling to find something. Turns out she was quickly trying to find the key… which I found out as she briskly walked to the front door to lock it as I was walking up. As I knew she saw me yet she did not acknowledge me, I chose take it upon myself to acknowledge her and I said “oh are you closing early tonight?” She responded saying “yeah sorry!” So I turned around, a bit annoyed because it’s not even 9:55 yet and I got back into my car. As I turned my car back on I noticed it was still now 5 minutes until their advertised closing time.. Now I will say the other Staff member did come out at 9:56 as I was about to drive away and gestured that I could come in… but honestly after being turned away, I felt hella awkward and I didn’t want to be an inconvenience to their attempt at getting out early.

Listen as a current GM and human being with a life, I 1000% get finishing up as many closing procedures/tasks as possible prior to closing time because you just want to be able to wrap up and go home. BUT I am unable understand how locking up the business prior to your posted official closing time helps the business at all. Especially when it takes maybe 3 minutes tops to help each costumer in this job. I’m not one l to write reviews often but this is not the first time I have been made to feel like an inconvenience for coming to this location between the hours of 9-10pm. This time just happened to really push me over the edge a bit… I love the product but do not always love the customer service…

Great flavors and great service. Highly recommended. The cherry flavor is great and so is the cotton candy very fresh. Store looks clean and there is nice seating inside and out. Parking is fair
