Jersey Mike's Subs

This store at Winter Garden Village has been in steady decline for several months. My orders are almost always wrong, meaning they leave off several toppings on a regular basis. The staff seems overwhelmed and appear to be understaffed. I had to wait 20+ minutes for my sub past when it was supposed to be ready for pick up. The staff needs to be trained on food and utensile handling. The lady who went to cut my sandwich was going to use a knife she had picked up from a dirty counter right next to the register, with the same gloves she used to operate the register 🙄 until I stopped her and said please dont cut my sandwich. Seems like a health code violation to me. I dont know what happened to this store as it started out good. I think I'm done with this location until it improves, if it ever does. 🤔

I was a manager for almost 2 years and this store needs some love. Between the cleanliness not being fantastic. And the store being understaffed and without a manager. Staff is very quiet unresponsive food was fine. Overall it’s a 3 star for me, needs a more lively atmosphere. Just trying to give pointers to help

The place is filthy, mold and nastiness in and on the machine itself. When you walk in hungry, look around at the layer of filth on and around the register. Glance beyond that to the register, the sink the wall, absolutely covered in filth. The service was alright, basic. The food, was nothing to be impressed with. Basic sub shop. This amount of nastiness doesn’t accumulate in a month, this is several months of neglect and lack of leadership.

Overall the sub was good, meat and toppings were up to the Jersey Mikes standard but the bread was not. They only had white bread available but the one I got tasted old and was kind of hard.
