I went here for lunch with my mom expecting to get a veggie sub since I am a vegetarian. I had never eaten at a Jersey's Mike. The manager recommended the grilled portabella mushroom sandwich. It was fresh, hot, fast and delicious. Hands down the best sandwich I have had at a sandwich shop. I have been back several times and it is always good. The staff is always friendly, even when they are very busy. This is now my "go to" place when I am in the mood for a great sandwich - served fast and with a smile! Thanks for a great product and store!

Consistently GoodJersey Mike's has become our 'go-to' sub place as their subs are consistently of high quality and very good. We have ordered ours in our car on the way there and it was ready right on time. I was able to just pick up and go without any wait. We have also ordered on the app, also ready when I arrived. A really good experience the app was easy to use and staff was extremely friendly. Great sandwich and I will definitely keep going go back.

I usually get the mini turkey sub here and it's always just the perfect amount. The ingredients are always fresh! The restaurant is clean and well stocked! I have a 4 star just because I think the prices are a tad high for what you get!

The only sub place I go to in winter garden it’s my favorite. I always get the #8 club side with pickles. Their portion sizes are huge and good for the price. There’s a lot of toppings on there and I ate only a quarter of my sub and was already full.

My husband got a tuna sub for me, I specifically asked for jalapeños and extra cpr. He came home with no jalapeños and no cpr at all. I asked him if he told them he said I asked them what cpr is cause he dint know and they told him what it is and will make sure to add it. He didn’t check the order and brought it home. It was my first time trying jersey mikes in WG and I will not be going back. It was just one order and they couldn’t even make that right! So disappointed.

Ordered online, said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Showed up on time. Asked about order, said they were working on it. 20 minutes later (3 hot sandwiches) no progress. I ask the cashier so he goes to the grill and pulls my ticket and a ticket attached to an order sitting on the shelf for the past 20 minutes I was in there. Then opens those sandwiches and adds mayo. Threw out the other ticket and stuck mine on the sandwiches. Comes back to tell me he’s just waiting on the third one to get done. I told him I’m not eating some sandwiches that have been sitting out for 20+ minutes that someone else ordered and forgot about. Got a refund. Wasted over an hour of my life plus drive time.

I went in today to get a sub for my husband and me to share. Lindsay, Louise, Julie and jordyn were all incredibly friendly and sweet. The restaurant was very clean. The food was fresh, and delicious. Overall a great experience and I 10/10 recommend this location and both my husband and I will be back!

I'm very disappointed in the customer service today. I order from here at least once a week sometimes twice. I placed an order for #55 giant. It's $17 plus all the door-dash fees. I requested to add lettuce and it didn't come with it. I was told that they were busy, had me speak to the manager Julie, and she said "what would you like me to do about it." We don't give any credit for missing condiments. I feel if you pay $17 for a sandwich at the very least they should automatically offer a discount or free drink or chips the next time I order. She asked how often I came in and when I come in next time to say her name and I would get some type of discount. I shouldn't have to ask for a credit, the store manager should automatically make a suggestion. Just my thoughts. Oh well.
How can other sub places compete? Jersey Mikes in Winter Garden offer an excellent level of service, fresh food, and a very clean and well decorated environment. The staff are so friendly and the food is so good, you can’t go wrong on any item! Can’t leave the store without cracking a smile.
